In all my times of living near a Longhorn, I never ate at one. So, I decided to try this location. I am a Texas Roadhouse fan, so that is what I am comparing it with. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, loaded baked potato, and Caesar salad. Bread was good and fresh out of oven. But, it doesn't touch the Roadhouse yeast rolls and sweet butter. Caeser salad was good, but I think there was sand in it where they didn't rinse the Romaine. Otherwise, it was decent salad. Now, the steak and potato were hands down better than Roadhouse. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The steak was well trimmed, juicy, and tender. The end cap just melted in your mouth. The potato was possibly the best steakhouse potato I ever had. Besides the issue with the salad, no complaints at all. This location was nice, clean and our server was very nice. Oh, they have brewed sweet tea! This southerner appreciates that!

This was our first time going to The Newington NH LongHorn Steakhouse. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken Dinner and the Longhorn Porterhouse Steak Dinner was to due for. I've never had such a month watering chicken dinner in my life until tonight. We also had Texas Tonions they were awesome. I've eaten at a Longhorn Restaurant before, but I swear these Cooks really know how to Cook. My god fresh homeade bread was hot and very tasty. We had Scott as our Waiter he was fabolous not once did he interrupt our dinner, but when we needed him we looked up and he was available to help with our needs. I would like to say thank you very much to Scott and The Newington Cooks at this LongHorn Steakhouse. AAA+++ RATING .

Always enjoy our Longhorn ribeye steaks cooked to perfection. However, for a steakhouse on a Sunday night at 7:30 pm to be out of Outlaw Ribeye, Prime Rib, French Fries and chocolate milk is very disappointing. After a few second choice attempts, we did enjoy our ribeyes (not Outlaw Ribeye) and baked sweet potatoes. Not quite the anniversary dinner we were expecting. Our waiter Don was gracious as he did his best to overcome the shortcomings of the menu. The restaurant was unusually quiet for a Sunday evening.

This was my experience 12/28/19 We arrive and we are quickly seated by a very friendly hostess Savannah I think. My wife and I sat down, waited almost 8 minutes before our "waiter, Nolan" came by to ask what we wanted to drink, and let me tell you he was a real energetic bundle of screw off. Very little customer service. The customer experience to this point was terrible. Nolan Took our order. Food came out fast because, there was only 5 tables occupied it was about 6:00pm. The food was brought out to us by the very up beat Savannah with a smile on her face and eager to help. I asked for some mayo and she said "no problem" and went to go grab it. From where I was sitting I could see and hear the waitstaff as they come in and out of the kitchen, I heard Savannah ask Nolan if he wanted to bring the mayo to my table, I'm guessing so that he could actually wait on us or maybe even check in with us make sure we have a pulse. Guess not cause he said "No". I'm sure he was super busy waiting on 2 other tables who were already eating. I made sure to have money out as Nolan walked by so that I didn't miss this chance as I wasnt sure when or if I'd see Nolan again. He was scarce, I'm sure he plays a good game of hide and seek. Upon me giving him the cash, it was not important to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else. Upon leaving I tipped Nolan based upon his service or serious lack of. Then I approached the young lady who I believe is the hostess (Savannah) and gave her the tip that goes to the person who waited on us, put a smile on our face and seemed like she actually appreciated our business. This is who you should want to represent you as a business. I eat here bi-weekly and have never been treated with the disinterest and disrespect that got to experience here. Take pride in your business and promote the people who represent your business name with integrity.

We appreciate you Savannah (I'm pretty sure this was her name. I apologize if it is incorrect. Thank you for doing your job as well as...

There is nothing worse than waiting a very long time for food under a vent that blasts 60° AC onto your table making the room uncomfortable. Oh wait... Yes there is. Having an innept server that, though friendly, is clearly not organized or too overwhelmed to keep track of what was needed. Six of us went to lunch, and the entire meal was nearly 3 hours! We didn't catch a break once, we waited for everything. Long ticket time on initial drink order, bread arrival, and check back to order apps. Then drinks and bread sat empty and not refilled until apps arrived. Then apps were gone long before even ordering the meal. Meal order finally placed, and then salads are run by a different server. No check back. One was wrong and we never saw our server until right before our food arrived and was then auctioned off "who had this?" "Who had that?" You can't remember who ordered what? That's your job! The salad that was wrong ended up getting boxed and taken home. A steak was wrong but at almost 2 hours in, why would one risk sending a steak back only to wait another 30 minutes and eat alone? Drinks were refilled right before the meals arrived (finally) but no prebus, and no check back until 15 minutes in. Another round of refills then and a pre bus of app plates (finally), but sitting with empty drinks means not eating for some. We finished the meal and sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting to get boxes and a check. Frustrated, we finally got up to get our own boxes and checked out via the QR code and mobile app because we didn't want to sit around freezing and waiting. One would think when you pay nearly $250 for a meal your going to get quality and value. Nope. We got food in our belly, a bare minimum for the experience....

My girlfriend and I visited this location on 2/10/2018. It was the worst dining experience that we have had in a year, and we dine out at least twice per week. We frequent Longhorn once per month, though this was our first time at this location. I requested my steak to me cooked medium rare, but it came to me less cooked than rare. It looked like it had been seared for only 1 minute on each side. We both ordered the spaghetti squash and they were both undercooked. I have never sent food back in my life! My dinner consisted of a steak and the squash. I had to send both back because they were inedible. My girlfriend ordered a chicken dish and the spaghetti squash. She had to send her squash back. They left her chicken on our table for 10 minutes while they attempted to fix their mistakes. Of course, her chicken was cold by the time our food came back out. The steak was now well done; I must have hurt the cooks ego. We just had it all packed up to go. No adjustment to our bill, just here`s the bill. Cooks not using a thermometer and management not following the most basic rules of service. Huge fail preparing our meal. Huge fail correcting their mistakes. Fail accross the board! I will definitely never go back to this location and may never go back...
