This morning was an absolute disaster at this Dunkinā Donuts location, and it all started with the Puerto Rican woman working the drive-through window around 6:45 AM. Iāve never experienced such an appalling level of disrespect and pure attitude from someone whoās supposed to be providing service.
She acted like a total child over a simple request to split a payment ā rolling her eyes, raising her voice, and speaking with a nasty tone like she had no business being there. I wasnāt asking for anything outrageous, just basic courtesy. Instead, she responded like someone who flat-out hates her job and shouldnāt be allowed near customers. And the worst part? She charged my order through the app, took the money, and never even gave me my coffee. Thatās not just disrespect ā thatās theft.
There was no apology, no explanation, nothing but a nasty attitude and complete disregard for basic decency. It felt like I was being targeted and mistreated for no reason. Itās disgusting that someone like her is allowed to represent a brand thatās supposed to stand for fast, friendly service.
She has absolutely no customer service skills ā rude, unapproachable, and totally unprofessional. The vibe she gave off was just straight-up trashy. Itās honestly unbelievable that sheās even employed there. Whoever hired her should seriously reevaluate what kind of people theyāre putting behind that window. Itās like Dunkinā has stopped hiring quality people and just hands a headset to anyone who breathes.
I will never step foot at this location again. Ever. That one employee ruined the entire experience and honestly ruined the start of my day. The way she handled that interaction is exactly how you drive customers away for good.

Iām honestly disgusted by the experience I witnessed at this Dunkinā Donuts location ā specifically with the woman working the drive-through window this morning around 6:45 AM. The Puerto Rican lady at the window was one of the most rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful employees Iāve ever encountered at any fast-food chain.
She gave major attitude over something as simple as splitting an order into two payments ā something any normal Dunkinā would do without blinking. But not her. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life, rolled her eyes, raised her voice, and had the nerve to talk down to the customer. She even charged the money through the app and didnāt hand over the coffee ā so not only was she nasty, she basically stole from a customer and then acted like they were the problem.
This woman had zero customer service skills, came across as angry and trashy, and clearly has no business dealing with the public. Sheās the exact reason people stop coming back. I swear, itās like this Dunkinā hires more garbage than people who actually know how to treat customers.
And letās be real ā the way your staff speaks to and treats your customers is what keeps them loyal. That woman? Sheās a walking example of what drives them away. I wouldnāt recommend this location to anyone, and Iāll personally never go back. She ruined what was already a stressful morning ā all before the sun fully came up.
If corporate cares even a little about their brand image, theyād get her out of that window and replace her with someone who at least pretends to give a damn...

I go and place an order as Iāve been doing for the pass 7 1/2 yrs now where Iāve never had any issues with my orders except some minor mistakes in the order, but now itās come to the point where the staff becomes upset with the customers and even confrontational when customer addresses a mistake in the order.
Things I Personally noticed and encountered:
Lack of attention to detail (customerās order) Politeness (lack there of) Professionalism (lack there of) Lack of keeping the surrounding of the store clean. Trash piled up in the trash receptacles Inappropriate engagement with the customer (becoming rude and confrontational) Refuse to provide name of person handing the order instead provide some Random Name Or Nickname Does not take ownership to the mistakes with the orders Lies having certain items when indeed thereās plenty of it as you drive off. One can see the inventory in plain view) The focus is more on quantity than quality of service Major turn around in staff Customer service goals are inconsistent
