So where EPG executes well is in vibe and fittin with their space... rotisserie chicken w/a latin flair.
The whole chain is lively and inviting right when you walk and and you are met w/a large colorful menu that has an great mix of options to choose from. The servers are very friendly and are quick to give you a run down of their offerings.
Sooo many things sound great and we ended up grabbing a chicken dinner and a taco comb...
The mains here are pretty legit...the rotisserie chicken has a great flavor and the birds are a nice sice. They run a touch dry but you can choose from an array of side dips to add extra punch to your meal you cluckers (some sweet, some spicy, all pretty salty) . The tacos are fairly large w/ chunks of rotisserie chicken bustin thru there. One was better than the other but all n all pretty good (spicy was so so).
Where this place falls a lil shy is on the sides which arent bad but they aren't really good either. They're just kinda there, the rice was alright although salty and dry (maybe it was just really old) and the corn seemed a lil old too but just had the same chimichurri n pickled onions slapped on.
Overall the food was solid n probably would stop by again if in the area and hungry but it wasn't anything I would go out...
Read morePaid 70$ for 2 bowls nachos and a side of plantain and broccoli. If you are spanish do NOT eat here. Although the nachos were ok The chimichuri sauce was bland literally just oil and herbs and the queso had no flavor. The plantain was terrible they were not crispy or salty at all just soggy and half cooked (looked nothing like the picture) 6$ for 1 entire plantain with no seasoning is outrageous when you can get 5 for 3$. broccoli was bland.(i am spanish) all hispanics on earth are collectively rolling in their graves from this. And to top it off the bowls barely had rice in them, the containers had enough room to hold more rice. The menu said “bowl”and “rice” in the same sentence. they should’ve specified a salad bowl. I could literally weigh the rice and it would weigh 2.9 grams. Less than a “tre five”is crazy. Even tried mixing the bowl together nd it became a sloppy mushy mess from how little rice there was. I even got extra chicken and the bowl still looked like baby barf. This isnt out of anger its out of respect for the culture and the industry ive built a career in. Last point… if this place was in a town that had more spanish folk, it would not last just saying. Ps. I am not obese i just dont like wasting money on food. Respectfully? Ima...

My plate is the ¡Hola Guapo! and it was a sleeper of a taco. Hand pulled Chicken taco that had a very sweet yet salty palate and paired well with the cheese. This cheese is not very pungent and overbearing against the other flavors and smells of the meal and that was something that I thought made the price justifiable. The taco was damn good and did not taste cheap!
I was not attracted to the price of a single $6 taco though and the lack of supportive conditments/complimentary servings at the price points were charging but if data analytics have rendered pricing metrics, I acknowledge overhead and inflationary market but I like to be able to purchase a meal and drink for $10.
The bathroom was very clean which is something that shows the greater quality of a food spot in my travels and something I take note of always. This bathroom was very clean.
Overall great experience and would highly recommend for a lunch/brunch date! Give me complimentary nachos and pico somehow please and that would be my only recommendation.
