I came here to get what I always get when I’m around the area which is a CHOCOLATE PEANUT POWER PLUS SMOOTHIE. When I went to order the woman that was working at the time asked me what I wanted, I proceeded to order my CHOCOLATE PEANUT POWER PLUS SMOOTHIE, the woman asked me about 2-3 times if I wanted chocolate, strawberry or regular….I answered chocolate repeatedly and asked for the milk to be almond. After she hands me my smoothie i walked out and took a sip and it tasted different, at first I thought it might had been the almond milk but then after a second sip I realized it tasted like strawberry, I went inside and kindly approached the woman and told her that i had asked for chocolate and it tasted like strawberry. Here is we’re it gets weird, I thought It would be a no big deal on her correcting HER MISTAKE…no instead she starts raising her voice over mines saying that she asked me several times and that I said strawberry, I just kept saying in a lower tone “ ma’am I ordered a chocolate peanut power plus” and she kept saying no you din’t…spent almost $15 on a smoothie I had to throw away…never going back due to...
Read moreI stopped going as much as I used to because I noticed a decrease in quality. I decided to give them a try since I think the people who made them the last few times were just new. Unfortunately, it was absolutely not better this time. My smoothies were genuinely inedible. The cinnamon banana had to have at least 3 full ounces of cinnamon in it. Even after I dumped out half and blended in my own frozen fruit and milk, and it was still WAAAYYY TOOO MUCH cinnamon. The berry one had probably 3 or 4 times the vanilla protein in it than it was supposed to have. I had to dump out half of that one too.
I'm generally pretty understanding when there are issues with my food orders, but there's no way someone could have made those smoothies, especially the cinnamon one, and thought it was actually acceptable. They either spilled in a bunch by accident and just hoped I wouldn't complain, or they simply did not care enough to even begin to follow standard measurements. Don't think I'll ever return to this smoothie king, if any. They get two stars only because it was actually ready on...
Read moreWaited INSIDE for over 20 minutes for my smoothie! I opted to go inside as the line was long in the drive thru and I was the ONLY customer inside. There was 3 employees working...1 at the drive thru, 1 washing dishes and 1 took my order...one should assume that the girl taking your order inside at the counter would take your money, fix your smoothie, and send you on your way...NOT HERE! I stood inside and watched her assist the drive thru in preparing every car in the lane and even cars that entered the lot after I was inside! I finally asked the girl if my smoothie was coming up anytime soon, and that I had come inside for quicker service. She tells me that there was several customers ahead of me when I came in... Ummm, NO! There was absolutely nobody in line ahead of me at the counter! Don’t walk in for quicker service if the line is long, because they will ignore you and take drive thru as priority and you’ll be standing the whole time when you could sit comfortable in your car and wait in the drive thru.
