I was extremely disappointed today with the customer service I received. When I attempted to order a milkshake, passion fruit flavor, she refused to make it. I asked why she said it would be disgusting. She was blatantly unwilling to provide me, the paying customer, what I wanted just because she didn't agree with the choice. I was clearly upset and expressed it. Even after I told her I've ordered, not one but two passion fruit milkshakes there before from them. She refused. When I walked away to call my son, her coworker who witnessed it, pulled her aside and said something to her. I went on to order my son a strawberry milkshake because I couldn't order what I wanted. I come here whenever I can and one could say that I am obsessed. I'm a really big fan of the yogurt drinks, they're so good (strawberry and/or green apple with kiwi or strawberry boba pearls, do try it out)! The dining area is decently sized and the lights are dimmed out so it's not overwhelming. I've never had any kind of boba tea or drinks of this kind before, so this was a really good introduction to it! I always come here with my sister to get her boba on my school breaks. I love the range of flavors and the quality of the ingredients. I am never disappointed when I come here and always love seeing the new flavor options available. We LOVE the Taro flavor—so amazing!! Can’t wait to go back!

I think the one concern I have is that I wanted to try to order a black sesame boba with cheese foam topping and I was told that it would not taste good so I was asked to change my order. I have tried these flavors together before and I love them very much so I will be getting them again...
