I am both a customer and do food service delivery. Sue (sorry if wrong name...could be Elizabeth--young girl with reddish hair and glasses) is always extremely nice and professional. She knows how to prepare food, help customers, etc. However, there have been two different times (not with Sue), where I wasn't given a bag (when it was needed for smaller items), had to ask for it, and was treated like I interrupted something (scrolling cell phone, etc). One was this evening--June 18, 2024. The teenage kid (zits, blond hair, possibly autism spectrum) just plopped my order on the desk and didn't give me a bag for the wings. Worse, he didn't give me the ranch dressing that was requested. When I went back and asked, he said they ran out. I understand that, but wouldn't it have been better to tell me before so I could contact the customer and ask for a replacement? Then, there is the shorter really heavy set Hispanic woman who is rude every single time. She always acts like she is being interrupted, and NEVER gives bags for the smallest items. My gripes are the astoundingly overpriced cost of their pizzas along with an absolutely frustrating experience of trying to customize orders from their app. Case in point, one of the staff there was really big into recommending their giardiniera sauce. Yet if you order through your app, the option doesn't exist (I ended up with a pizza that had no sauce but had giardinera peppers on it when I feebly attempted to place my order.) Read moreNormally no issues with this location, however they were really struggling today. I pre-ordered pizza on Thursday we’ll ahead of the big game. Unfortunately it appears this location was not prepared. While there seemed to be quite a bit of staff, they didn’t seem to know what to do. It’s as if there was no manager running the show. My order took 25 minutes more than the designated time and while waiting I watched disappointed customer after customer try to get their order. Staff were hiding in the back while lines formed outside with no one willing to manage the registers. I think they were embarrassed! Total mess.
