Panda Express — Restaurant in Newport Beach

The food is good don’t get me wrong I like Panda Express especially the Cerritos location, but specially the manager Javier is a person who makes the atmosphere unwelcoming to the point you don’t want to eat there. I had gotten my food and noticed the employees were doing tasks around as they were preparing to close the store. I overheard a higher up speaking to one of their employees in the rudest manner. Even I felt uncomfortable and felt bad for the worker because the way he spoke to her was degrading, rude, and completely disrespectful. Tip: Check your orders before you leave. Attention to detail isn’t their specialty.

Ordered double super greens. Came home to my disappointment that it was double chow mein. Come one, it wasn’t even a difficult order, just laziness. It says super greens on the receipt, the labels . Not sure how many times it needs to be shown for them to pay attention.

Portions are horrible, barely anything at all in the plate. It wasn’t even that busy, but at least they greet you when you come in? Place is relatively clean
