Service is great. Make sure u check ur order especially if you make any special requests. When you order a plain burget meat & cheese only then it should be that. I orde a burger plain & got a pattie loaded with green onions. Nasty. I asked if the pattie were prepared fresh & he said they were. He offered a new one but i was on luch so I could not wait for them to make another one. I feel if u have a $15 burger u should get it right the 1st time. I have a coworker that the didn't add pork to a Brussel sprout sandwich that she ordered with no onions & they gave her a new one when she was on her way out. When she went to eat it the replacement was loaded with onions. They could not get the corrected one correct. The cook needs to slow down when special orders come into the kitchen. Im bummed cause i wanted a burger. Oh well...

Wow. 🤩 I have NEVER in my life been to a cooler sandwich shop besides maybe Cheba hut over in Arizona lol. But that’s probs just bc I love the devil’s lettuce… for real though, me and my family stop by here EVERY DAYUM TIME we are in Newport. My mouth is literally watering right now talking about it lol. We’ve tried pretty much every sandwich they have here and these guys just don’t miss. Buckets for days. 🏀💧INCREDIBLY friendly staff as well. Very good pulled pork sandwich served with a side salad. I wouldn't recommend the tortilla soup, it was good but hardly resembled tortilla soup, more a vegetable soup than a tortilla. The cashier needs to be trained on the Square register. The staff seemed overwhelmed on a Saturday, they received many phone/internet orders and left customers with a 20-35 minute wait for their food. I have tons of patience, so it wasn't an issue for me, but some people left without ordering. One lady was in line about 15 minutes without having her order taken.
