The Landing — Local services in Newport Beach

This little strip mall is on the higher end of spectrum as far as these little spots go. The variety of stores, community services, bank, grocery store, ect is a very convenient array of options for one location. The modern, clean & well maintained facade, parking lot & sidewalks/walks ways are pleasant & comfortable, making the experience one of calm, cool collected shopping. Nothing hectic, damaged dangerous or unnecessary. I especially enjoyed a women’s apparel shop called No rest for Bridget. Very classic, on trends & quality clothes for women & girls, very attentive shop girl & the surf shop...

I grew up coming here sometimes (I’m from HB)...my kids now like it. Bathrooms are convenient, as well as playground. The homeless encampment next to the pier is difficult, kiddos can’t just wonder around. Pier needs to be redone ... way too old. Always nicer...

This shopping center is great! Lil busy on the weekends but had so much!

Love the new bike shop in there too and the nail...
