I'm really sorry to leave this review. I paid $75 for a sweater and I discovered a hole in the arm. (If I had caught it on something, that'd be on me, but that's not the case.) I showed the bank statement to the two very lovely girls upfront, but their manager told them to not accept the exchange of the damaged sweater without receipt or tags--I guess on me, too. But who keeps tags and receipt when you decide to keep it and wear it out? Also, the only reason I even attempted this route is because I went in a couple days before to talk to them about it. One of the girls said that if I purchased it within 30 days and showed proof on my bankstatement, I would be able to exchange it. All in all, over priced and low quality. Will not be back to waste more money on shein...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. The staff was body shaming me. I went to return an item because I changed my mind on the item. The girl at checkout had said “It was too small right” she had assumed that the item was too small for me. She had said it as a statement. Never in my life has an employee came straight out saying something like that when returning an item. As a retail employee your only question for returns should be “was something wrong with the item” or “was this item used” there should NEVER be a statement made about size. Unprofessional and I will never shop...
Read moreThis is the only location I've visited. The girls NEVER GREET CUSTOMERS. We are in the middle of a pandemic, it's "self-serve", you can't try on clothes...however, this does not mean you can't wave & say hello, ask if a customer is looking for something specific (I was), or even just point your finger to direct them. It was like the Twilight Zone, no one makes eye contact, and no one is helping customers...we all have face coverings, it's ok to do your job. Every time I'm on the peninsula I ask if it's worth walking in, it never is. Lesson learned for good now. I'll never...
