So I am a reoccurring customer. I had called Christmas Eve they were there and not answering the phone I went inside they told me at 7pm that they were closing due to short staffing when they had 8 people working and said they were closing early because everyone collectively decided they wanted to go home. I went home and left a voice mail stating they need to either figure out how to get more employees or figure out why they would close the doors when they had been open since they opened. And that I was an upset customer. Well I call the 28th 4 days later and they said is this the person who left a voicemail I said that I didn't recall because a lot has happened in my life the last 4 days. Well they said well our owner said that we are no longer going to serve you again and 86d me from ever ordering there again. Why? Because I was a upset customer???? I would like this owners name and phone number so I can call and let them know this isn't how you treat paying customers. My experience has been good before this but the way they went about me talking to them and letting them know how I feel and I get banned from the location? Doesn't really add up to me. If I could give a zero star rating I would. By far the single worst customer service I've ever...
Read moreMy family used to order from here usually on a monthly basis and loved it. We would easily spend $70 an order. Recently, though, the service and the food has gotten pretty bad. The time before last, our pizza showed up two hours after we ordered it and the kid delivering didn't bring the two liters we ordered, saying he didn't "have the room" and asked if we still wanted the drinks to go with our dinner that we paid for, even though he would have to go back to get them. We live about 2 miles from the restaurant and it took him an hour to return. The last time is what made it to where we will not order from them again. It arrived in a timely manner, but it seems the way they accomplished this was to burn the hell out of our pizzas. The garlic rolls were also burnt, but to top it off seemed as if they had been reheated in this state and were hard and chewy. This time the kid delivering apparently didn't have change for $80 on a $70 order. When you post anything on their facebook page, it just gets deleted and my call to the restaurant this time has just been totally ignored. Definitely will not order from here anymore. Domino's isn't as good as this place USED to be, but at least its cheaper and gets here on time with everything ordered...
Read moreMy partner and I were very happy to find some amazing gluten free pizza here!
There are tons of different pizzas and toppings to choose from, including some very unique ones. I can't resist a weird pizza, so I tried the baked potato one. It was extremely rich and there was definitely too much sour cream (I would get it on the side next time), but it was really good!!! I think next time I would try the cheeseburger pizza.
My partner got a regular pizza with pepperoni, red sauce, and a couple other toppings. They really enjoyed it as well! The crust was not as cracker like as many gluten free pizzas are, and the tomato sauce had a good, nostalgic taste and was the perfect texture.
I also got a side salad, which was plain and nothing to write home about, but it was nice to get some fresh vegetable in me to balance out the rich pizza.
The service was great. It took a little while for our pizza to arrive at our table, but it was Saturday night so I imagine they were busy with a lot of deliveries etc. The person at the counter was friendly as well.
I would definitely try this place again if I am back in...
