TLDR: They were quick, informative and genuine at the Newport T-Mobile. They walked us through each step and we left feeling amazing.
We were spoken to by several wonderful employees here but we had the pleasure of being helped directly by Llunas Morales. He was kind, patient and knew the ins and outs of his company and the market he deals in.
We initially spoke to him on the phone and he let us know about promotions that applied for us and when we could come in and purchase our new phone.
Upon arrival he looked up our acoount and helped us through each step with ease and confidence while making light conversation in a kind and polite manner. He answered every question we had and by the end we had a brand new Iphone and all of the relevant information we needed to use it.
This may not seem like a special interaction however being in the business of tech I understand how vital it is for someone in his position to help anyone no matter their understanding of the technology or their specific needs.

We were joking that when you bring your phone to the store it would start working. And so sure enough, it started right up being plugged it.
The agent helped Kathy set up both email addresses into one app. Now, all is better than ever! No special senior deals for getting a new phone. We have the best program for special senior rates and services.
No free phones or discounts for senior subscribers. We're not switching mobile company or changing our cellphone number with a new area code and changing the subscriber's name on contract. There's always a way!

Read moreTyler and Karvell were both amazing!!! I had been having trouble connecting my iPhone to my Tmobile internet for weeks. I had searched Google for days and spent hours on hold with T-Mobile customer service with no luck. Tyler and Karvell went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the problem. They sat with me and my daughter for over an hour updating the operating system on the phone and then they came to the conclusion that it was a password issue with the modem and account name that they helped me reset. They were so helpful, it makes me want to change all 4 of my phone lines to T-mobile, I have been having so many problems with other phone and internet providers, and they made everything easy while explaining it along they way.
