This rating is over all. This location is absolutely horrible. They have two kiosks that run the whole store (super busy or not). Most of the employees are extremely rude and will completely ignore customers in the lobby unless they come stand at the counter and stare (to which the employees will roll their eyes and huff at best). There are probably TWO in the whole store who are worth keeping on the team. The rest should be retrained hard core or replaced. I have helped more people who stand there absolutely confused on how to use the kiosks during my door dashing than most of the employees do(and I don’t even work for taco bell!!) The ones that do actually bother to check on the struggling customers are always so rude about it. Acting like its such a huge inconvenience to help someone out. Which could be avoided if they would make use of their registers. The two nice people do a wonderful job and are so nice when assisting people. Wish I could give names but no one wears name tags in this store so i have no clue who is who.
My family wanted Taco Bell last night for dinner so i went through the drive through (so i can actually get a somewhat decent human interaction with these people. And they messed up on my order. Small mistake, just forgot a burrito. So i went inside and told them and the chick (who takes front row parking every time mind you) rolls her eyes and makes the burrito with the attitude of a toddler. Tossed the bag on the counter to a coworker and said in a snarky tone “heres ‘correct item’ “
As a door dasher, i have had orders roughly handed or simply tossed at me and not so much as a ‘have a nice day’ or ‘you too’ when i say it first.
Honestly if it wasn’t for Door Dash or my family wanting Taco Bell once in a blue moon i would never step foot in the establishment again. I have never been to a worse taco bell as far as customers service...
Read moreOkay first and foremost I have always loved taco bell ever since I was a wee lad. This particular restaurant has been open for multiple years. I remember coming here fresh out of high school and that was almost 20 years ago. Tonight they went above and beyond my wildest expectations. In particular, a worker named Alex. Here's how the story goes. I commute daily over 30 miles one way to and from my home. Tonight, on my way home, I blew a tire about 7 miles from home. I pulled over, found my lug key, my jack and my tire. I could not find my tire iron. S#!* So I'm stuck at almost 1 o clock in the morning. I am forced to drive on the flat tire to town(4 miles away) so I limp it to the parking lot of Wal-Mart. And I'm thinking, do I really want to leave the car and walk 3 miles home? Then I look and see vehicles at taco bell across the street so I crawl to the parking lot. Lobby closed at 10pm. I'm like dang. So I walk to the drive thru. Alex was the man to save my butt! I explained the situation, he says he may be able to help. Goes to his truck, finds the tire iron. Perfect. But I need a 3/4" socket to manually raise the jack. No problem he has his socket set with him. He not only provides me with the tools necessary to get me home, but even held a flashlight for me and unwinds the hack when my arms get tired. All in all start to finish 13 minutes it took. He literally saved my a$$! Huge shout out to Taco Bell for being the only open establishment in the north area of town. And a special Thank you to Alex. He deserves to be recognized for his, extremely over and above,...
Read moreI have never had to change a review of any of the places that I have reviewed until tonight. I usually love Taco Bell but tonight that all changed for me. Currently my vehicle isn't running so I walked across town in 39° temps in the rain at 10:30pm just to spend my little bit of extra money to eat my favorite food & when I got there the lobby was closed so I walked up to the speaker but nobody would answer so I walked up to the window cause nobody was in line & I knocked & I hear a woman inside coming from our of my view yell go away & a man came to the window saying "No, no" & I said "Hi I guess you couldn't hear me at the speaker" & he said" we don't take walk ups" & I told him about my car situation & he just looked at me up & down like I was disgusting & said" no we don't take walk ups" & I said" but your lobby is closed" & he said yep & pulled the window closed & locked it & walked away saying go away & the entire time the woman was saying go away in the background. I have never felt so discriminated against & belittled & looked down on in all my life. These people need to take some customer service classes & maybe eat some Humble Pie cause how dare them treat me or anybody else that way! If that's what Taco Bell calls customer service then the owners need to step in & retrain some employees because that was no way to treat & definitely no way to talk to a customer just because I didn't drive my car. I won't be back here again & I will make sure to share my review on every Social Platform I can because I'm sure I'm not the first person this has...
