I've given this McDonald's several chances over the years and can NEVER (and I'm not exaggerating) have a good experience. Whether it's a fruit and yogurt parfait that tastes like it's expired (even though the tag on the bottom is current, I wonder if they simply put a new on one) or the fact that every time I stop for a milkshake or a cone, the ice cream machine is broken AGAIN, I am always severely disappointed. I've learned the hard way to always check my bag before I leave the restaurant as my order is usually incorrect, missing fries or having the wrong sandwich. And don't bother requesting anything special, like no mayo on your chicken sandwich, because it will be completely ignored and you'll just have to wipe it off with a napkin. It wouldn't be so bad if the employees were nice about it, but they're rude and act like they don't care. Just last week for instance, I went to the drive through at 1 in the afternoon, excited about the new ALL DAY breakfast promotion and ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Apparently that is not one of the options for all day breakfast and the agent on the intercom snippily told me so. Since I couldn't get what I had planned, I left without making any purchase. So today I was driving from an appointment and realized it was 10:20am which meant I had time to go to the McDs which was only a mile away, for any choice of the breakfast menu. I was in the drive through line by 10:23am but there were several cars in front of me. By time I reached the intercom it was 10:28am, still within the actual breakfast time guidelines. But when I politely placed my order at the intercom, the employee immediately told me, very tersely, "We're on LUNCH now." I replied that it was still before 10:30 and she argued with me saying that it was now 10:30 and they were only serving lunch. It's not my fault they were so slow with the order in front of me! I had been there before the deadline and was rudely refused what I tried to order. In addition, I overheard the order the woman in front of me placed for six breakfast sandwiches and the employee told her they only had four made, so she was forced to order something else for the other two people who wanted breakfast. Obviously she was there before the breakfast deadline, since she was in front of me, but the employees didn't want to make more sandwiches for her. They are rude and lazy and don't care how they treat their customers. I don't want to have to drive 5 miles out of my way to get to the next nearest McDs when one is in my town, but I will from now on. I'm fed up with the way my colleagues and I are always treated here. I only gave this review one star because you couldn't...
Read morereally disappointed... the last ten or so orders I've made here have all been messed up. tonight I go without dinner because my chicken sandwich, the only thing I got for myself, was hard enough to break a car window... I'm already home.. already working... don't have time for anything else. won't get fixed. again. and this is after an almost 45 minute wait in a line of cars because they are short staffed. again. sure I could call. maybe get someone. maybe get a credit or something. maybe. it's gonna be like all the other times and end up not getting the credit. or being told I can't prove it. or it's too late. or flat...
Read moreThey were horrible. We sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes before the acknowledged the car in front of us. Then they took his order and we pulled up to wait another 3 or 4 minutes before they asked us for our order. There was no one inside obviously and it was not busy. Once we pulled up they made both the car in front of us and us pull off to the side for them to bring us our food. The drinks tasted like mold water, they only brought us part of our meal, she ran back into the building ignoring me calling to her and the door was locked so I had to call them to get them to bring out the rest. All partys I spoke to...
