I used to work in Allston, and ordered from the nearest dunkins 4 minutes before I arrived. Without fail, my food was always ready when I arrived.
At this one on Newton though, I have to order 8-10 minutes before I show up, and sometimes the food isn't ready. Often, the food will be out, but the drink won't. Or vice versa. Today, I stood there in a completely packed store for nearly 15 minutes before I found out my food was made, but sitting behind the counter with about 10 other bags of food, not in the pickup area with my drink. So it was ice cold by the time I got to work. Also, they still use those old conveyer belt toasters so things are often burnt. Why do all other dunkins use convection ovens except this one? They're faster and don't burn your food.
This place is disorganized and slow, but the only dunkins in the area. Can't wait until the new bagel place in Newtonville opens so I can stop going here once...

More times than not, my order is wrong - wrong coffer coffee flavor, wrong size, sugar no cream when I ask for cream no sugar, you get it. I ask for fixes sometimes, which often still come back wrong, but sometimes I just suck it up because who has the energy for that before they've consumed their morning coffee?
They're food is often stale. Ever had a semi-crunchy coffee roll? It's....interesting. tried the new power bfast sandwich today and the "rounds" were like crackers. Not to mention I asked for ham, but got ham and turkey sausage (a blessing in disguise since my poor taste buds needed something to stomach that thing).

Went back to the store to retrieve the wallet less than four hours later and they were very reluctant to give me information as to the area coach or district manager contact saying they don’t know who he/she was instead they gave me the manager name. I contact the manager about the issue and he said he was going to look into it then call me back. 7 hours later no call back so I called and he said he didn’t see anything and at the least thousand of customers go through there daily. Not even to acknowledge saying he saw me at the counter with the wallet or any details. As a military vet it’s difficult at times and memory does get the best of us and in some case we lose stuff but I’m 100% that the next day some tried to access my cards and we denied at the same...
