Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Newton

I love little Caesars pizza if you read review for the Augusta Georgia store or previous reviews you know I give good reviews. This store has good little brainless employees that are not allowed to think freely. I always order same 3 topping pizza pepperoni sausage and beef. When I first started ordering this type pizza when I would pick up a piece all the meats would fall off and I didn't get to eat what I paid for. Simple solution put cheese on last so it melts onto meats and keeps them from falling off. So I went into this store to get a pizza and I asked for same 3 topping nothing extra just put cheese on last. You would think I had asked for free pizza for a year no we can't do that our manager doesn't allow us to change the way a pizza is made. Employees don't have enough common sense or leeway to change the order of how toppings are put on to a pizza. Well this store has lost out on a customer that normally ate 2 little Caesars pizzas a week. So $20 wk x 52 wks = little over $1000 a year. Apparently they make enough money that my little bit doesn't matter. I will never eat pizza from this store again as long as I live in the area and I encourage anyone reading this posted review to buy your pizza from someone else. I was picking some food Up for a friend. I was told the food would be ready 3:15 or so, I got their around that time. I was expecting the pizza to be in the Oven you put the code in. I told the female that was working up front that I was waiting on an order. She never checkEd for me the progress of my order. I was up front for around 25 minutes. Then another Employee asked me what order I was waiting on and I told her. She pulled it from the case behind the case I was watching. Our order she pulled out I saw it in there the entire time that I was standing there for those 25 minutes. The employee told me a lie to my face and told me they just put my order in there . These people is got some nerve telling a ball face lie to your face. I was very upset about the whole situation about some employees not doing their job. The food was cold and the one female that was working the drive-through was not a nice person. I should’ve made a big scene but I didn’t. Some people need to learn how to do their job. I have gone to this location for many years and am very upset about my experience today. I ordered my pizzas online today and there is not a choice for light sauce on your pizza. So, I immediately called the store as soon as I placed my order and asked if they could make them with light sauce. Most times we have ordered them regularly there is an over abundance of sauce and it causes me to get heartburn and my children do not like all of that sauce. I was told that because they had a special price on them today that they could not put light sauce on my pizza per the manager. They could not change the pizzas die to the special price today.
