McDonald's — Restaurant in Newton

This is my local McDonald's. I went there earlier for my daughter for fries around 5, fries smelled great.. Take out guy is great when I Doordash.Was having a craving so I went with my last $14 for a double quarter pounder deluxe,fries, and chicken nuggets. Something I only allow myself 1 every 3 months. I ordered the food, 5 minutes later it came out. I did what anybody does who orders McDonald's and stuck my hand in the bag for some fresh hot tasty French fries, where to my dismsy the container was a quarter of the way full they were all burnt they were all cold and they were all gross. First major disappointment so I'm also thinking wow I don't smell the fries which I did earlier when I picked up my daughters. I get home and I'm like okay well at least I'll get to enjoy my burger. One bite of the burger no flavor just grease pit flavor absolutely nothing to it whatsoever but pure grease juices disgusting I see the burger away tried the chicken nuggets which were also burnt and over fried. Therefore my $14 meal I'll just went in the garbage and my craving down the toilet I'm disgusted. Not to say McDonald's is like a high quality meal but if you're going to eat junk food you want it to taste good...

Go literally anywhere but here. This McDonald’s is by far the worst I’ve ever been too, and as a loyal McCustomer I’ve been to many. The staff here is incapable of getting your order correct. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of skill set or sheer laziness, but I haven’t had a single good experience with the service, nor food. The fries are always cold, even when ordering just as the menu switches from breakfast to lunch, they’re somehow the opposite of fresh. The chicken nuggets are undercooked on the inside and over cooked on the outside, every.single.time. The BigMacs might as well be called “Sloppy Joes” because someone clearly puts them together with their eyes closed. Today I was feeling under the weather so I sent my husband to order a MCChicken for me. He came home with the photo below. When I looked at him and asked what in the actual F is this, he told me that the staff said “they don’t make McChickens anymore and this is the closest thing”. I’m sorry, is this place run by the Fyre Festival staff?

To say I’m upset with this McDonald’s is an understatement. I’m disappointed and regretful that I moved near it. I’ll forever be cursed with terrible service...

Went to this location rather than our usual up the road as it was more convenient. The order taker was pleasant, but no real instructions were given by the person handling the delivery window for the double drive-thru. She handed me the drinks and never told me the food was coming as well from the same window. In most other dual window McD you pay at one and pick up at the other. Regardless, I waited there at window one hoping for more guidance but after a few minutes of her looking at me then going back to what she was doing and ignoring me, I assumed I was meant to pull forward to window two as the person ahead of me had. I guess that got her attention as she immediately ran to the window and yelled at me for failing to read her mind. She tried to get the entire line to go in reverse, inconveniencing everyone, rather than just giving me my food at the next window. I get I'm partially at fault for assuming how it worked, but I did try. Also, one sandwich was a special order which they failed to...
