I worked at this location for 10 years. They tore down the building and rebuilt a new one. Most people I talk to are just as disappointed with this new one, as I am. They actually say they don't like it. Now you can only park on one side of the building. They added the second dive-thru lane but it seems ridiculous. I worked the drive-thru. I took the orders and the money and I could do 70 or more cars an hour. Even then sometimes they had trouble keeping up with me and getting the food out. The extra lane is suppose to go faster and now it takes forever. I only had 1 thing, chicken nuggets and they couldn't even get the sauce right. The inside is just as bad. They have a machine to put your order in and pay for it. I think you can still put your order in at the register. But I put mine in on the machine and all I ordered was 2 large sodas and it took a long time to just get to the register to get my cups. The lobby is smaller and uninviting and the decor is tacky. They use to have a big lobby area and booths that were inviting, and you liked eating in. The pop machines and signs in the lobby are digital. I know this is the digital age, but I like to have a more personal experience when I go somewhere, whether I order to go or eat in. I have been to other McDonalds that can do the two lanes and give you a better experience when you have been there. Read moreTonight my husband ordered two burgers with NO ONIONS on the mobile app, but ended up getting them with onions. He called and was able to get them re-made. Upon arriving, the manager on duty asked if he had a 20 piece chicken nugget and burger with honey mustard and my husband replied, "No, I just had the two big macs with no onions." The manager then angrily asked for my husband could pull ahead because he now had to re-make the burgers again. After a few minutes, the same manager came to the window and presented him with only one burger. My husband then reminded the gentleman, that he needed two re-made, not one. The manager then began to raise his voice saying that my husband was holding up the line and wasting his time. He then proceeded to say that next time, my husband should go inside the restaurant and that they simply make the orders based on the way they are placed on the app. My husband then tried to show the manager his order where it clearly states that he requested no onions, but instead of the manager taking a look at the order, he said that looking at his order was a waste of his time and he had to go back to work. My husband then requested the corporate number to report him. After the gentleman, whose name is supposedly Daniel, gave out the number he then slammed the window shut and walked away. Read moreI am disappointed with this restaurant. Most of the workers are usually polite and pleasant- but there is a woman there that wears blue eyeshadow. (I'm not sure if she's a manager or what because I don't see her often.) But she is downright RUDE. She will cut you off while you're talking. She interrupted me while I tried to clarify my order- saying that she got it. And the order was still wrong.
I'm also frustrated with the quality of the food. I get the bagels in the morning and they smother it with hollandaise sauce. So I asked for them to go easy on it- it was still dripping with it. Going through the drivethru means driving and eating. I can't do that if sauce is dripping everywhere.
I was super excited when mcds brought back the bagels- but I am less into them now that they are so skimpy. One piece of bacon cut in half. Really?? One slice of cheese.... have you looked at the picture on the menu lately? Looks nothing like it now.. And this is a recurring issue, not just an accident.
