I’ve always appreciated the convenience of this Subway location, especially since it’s close to my home, and I do enjoy the sandwiches. However, today was the final straw. Despite giving this branch another chance, I was once again met with unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the middle-aged woman working behind the counter.
She spoke in an unnecessarily condescending and hostile tone, even though the mistake was on her end. Instead of acknowledging the error, she doubled down with a rude attitude, making the entire experience unpleasant and frustrating.
There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Due to her behavior, I will no longer be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to address this...

Subway in general has gone completely downhill in the past few years, this location even more so. I can’t comprehend why someone would open a franchised location and completely ignore company-wide offers or marketing campaigns. “No coupons accepted at this location”, I drove all the way to this store to see a piece of printer paper taped onto the display, which is just misleading marketing. Insanely overpriced for the quality, don’t comply with company wide promotions, and generally rude staff. Just in subway right now for some lunch and the lady that runs this subway unfortunately, counts the amount of vegetables she puts in a salad,and trys to embarrass every customer into purchasing extra meat even after I declined extra meat she had the audacity to tell me it's only an extra $1.50 I really felt embarrassed I had to decline her offer for a second time she then proceeds to count 3 slices of tomato 3 slices of cucumber 3 leaves of spinach one pinch of onion and then she tried to put what looked like over a pound of lettuce,what a joke please boycott this subway...
