I recently purchased a framed art print from an online company. When I received the item, the metal frame was rather flimsy and lacked a hanging wire. Before spending $20.00 to return the picture, I decided to go to the Frame Game in Newtown for some advice. Not only did they give me some advice, but they added hangers and wire to my picture and did not charge me. I was very impressed with the level of skill and professionalism and wish more companies had this level of service. I highly recommend the Frame Game and will be using them...
