Zook’s does a pig roast outside every Saturday in the summer and it’s quite an experience if you like pork. Pulled pork super tender, moist, and not fatty. Pro tips: spend a little extra on the sauce. Their meat is well seasoned but the sauce takes it to a whole new level. It’s lightly tangy, salty, sweet but doesn’t overwhelm the pork.
