Today's visit (8.23.24) was beyond awful. Simone's behavior as a Provider was unacceptable. I only hope that others who have experienced what I did today will continue to ask questions and not let a tone deaf Provider intimidate you.

8.26.24 - My response to vendor's reply.
Thank you for your response. It supports my point. You/your office do not care to listen to the client's concerns. Simone did not answer my questions. And to hide this terrible experience by claiming that I requested an increase in dosage is a major breach of honesty. All of the other feedback in your reply is noise. Recall my initial visit was NOT for weight loss. I fell for the sales pitch from Simone and left with my first dosage in addition to the service I visited your office for. It was my first time there. I think my invoice that day was close to $2k. Also, I never asked for a dose increase. Never. Simone did not respond to my questions. She was completely tone deaf. During that interaction, she inquired as to how my day was. She never asked about my symptoms or my weekly weight numbers, despite the fact that I hadn't been in 5 weeks due to the supplies provided. She had a script when I walked in there. It didn't matter what my last 5 week symptoms/weight were. Perhaps she was in sales mode. Don't know. One of the advantages I saw in paying $500 a month for such a service (and trekking out there every week the 1st 4 weeks, approx. monthly thereafter) was the ability to ask questions and receive in person responses. It did not happen. And it is awful for a company to remain tone deaf by emphasizing (as a distraction) an ex-client's tardiness despite the fact that the front desk was contacted to explain the delay. It's the nature of the industry, and during my calls on the way to your office, you could have simply responded, "No." But the time slots were always "open". Which s/h been a hint to me. So, accepting the appointment and then speaking negatively about it continues to demonstrate your office's professionalism. The great news is that I'm now working with a credible organization, where I submitted blood tests to confirm my body's labs before getting the drug, something your office does not do. The assigned nurse has addressed all of my concerns and has made herself and the Care Team available for any additional questions via thier patient portal, email, and phone. And, while my dosage will be reduced (which makes sense given that I now understand what to expect from the modification), they will monitor me weekly and adjust accordingly. I will have the dosage delivered to my door. I'll no longer have to travel to an office. FDA-approved medication for a fraction of your company's cost. I continued to pay RMA's premium price because I thought I was getting premium care. I wasn't. Unfortunately, the injector was tone deaf, and no one should have to put up with that level of service. Ever. Its not worth it. There are way too many worthy companies out here. RMA by far is not the only shop in town. Not at all!! Do your research!!!! It's GREAT this happened. I feel...
Read moreEdited to update 12/07/2023: I have been a loyal patient of RMA for two years now. My eyebrow microblading treatment has held up amazingly and I won’t be due for my touch up until at least the two year mark. I’ve been working with Melissa with micro-needling (2/3 sessions done). For a skin treatment that is notoriously unpleasant, she’s done such a great job at keeping me comfortable and as pain free as possible. I can’t wait to continue my skin management with her. Next, I need to mention how EXCITED I am to have Simone as my new injector. She’s incredibly professional and personable throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to my friends and family for any nurse injector services. In fact, I look forward for my next filler appointment, so I can show off her amazing work. Oh by the way, I have to mention how wonderful the front office is every single time I visit. They are incredibly accommodating and I always look forward to chatting with them.
I’ve contemplated having some things done for several years now, and I’m am SO glad that a friend of mine recommended RMA. The staff there are extremely professional and accommodating. GiGi did a fabulous job with the microblading on my eyebrows. In addition, Alicia has done a tremendous job with my filler and- most recently- my first ever session of Botox. I honestly can’t wait to book my skincare services and continue working with this extraordinary group....
Read moreI am currently a patient/customer at RMA and would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone! I scheduled a free consultation to get some information regarding laser hair removal in august. The office is clean and beautifully decorated, modern yet elegant. I was welcomed by an incredibly friendly and warm receptionist who introduced me to my consultant Charlot. She answered all of my questions, put me at complete ease and gave me all the pricing information I needed. Not once during the entire consultation did I feel pressured to make an apt for laser hair, nor did she try to sell me on anything else either. She was wonderful!! I called the next day to book laser hair removal treatments and have had 3 so far. Through my entire experience, Charlot has been incredible. She is kind, thoughtful and engaging, She puts me at ease, constantly checks to make sure I am okay during the process. She makes sure I am comfortable during the beg, middle and end. Charlot makes sure I know exactly what to expect with each treatment and really wants to make sure I am happy with my results!! Definitely request her, you won’t be sorry! To say I am amazed with the results, would be an understatement. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is tired of shaving every day or waxing twice a month. I wish I had done this sooner! If you are thinking about this or any other treatment, please give RMA a call and schedule a...
