I have been waiting to try this place for a long time since I heard about it in the news but unfortunately they get sold out super early right after the store opens. I would say before 7:30 am was the sweet spot. These did not disappoint for a party of 2 people. Parking is not too bad. We were delighted by all the yummy pastry and it DID NOT disappoint. We tried to get the: *PAIN AU CHOCOLAT *ALMOND CROISSANT *ALMOND CHOCOLATE CROISSANT *NUTELLA CROISSANT According to my friend, the almond croissant was nice and airy. I especially like pain au chocolat. It was nice next to a cup of coffee and lasted throughout the whole day in terms of taste. You surely have to try this at least once.

Don’t trip when you’re on your way here. Get here FAST, because they quite literally sell out (call ahead or check their facebook). First off, the staff are sweet and understanding everyone is absolutely amazing. Second, the place is so clean and the aroma of baked pastry is delicious. Bathroom is also well kept. Finally, the pastry. Buttery, flaky, and airy. A pillow of perfection. Even if they are sold out of one you wanted get one that is still available it is still completely worth it. To the owners, if there is any review with less than 4 stars. Ignore them, what you are doing currently is pure perfection. Negative: ADDICTIVE

Mamie Colette is such a great bakery! The employees are friendly and give great customer service! Now let us talk about the food. I have bought a spinach croissant twice and both times they were so good! It was flaky, crispy, cheesy and a good amount of spinach. I also made a breakfast sandwich with the regular croissant and it was so good and the croissant helped upgrade the taste! I will definitely be back to get their croissants and try their danishes in the near future! You definitely need to check out Mamie Colette if you haven’t done it already!

I was gifted 2 heavenly croissants (Nutella and chocolate) from Mamie Colette’s and they were definitely what they were described to be like … buttery, rich, fluffy, just the right amount of softness inside and flaky buttery goodness on the outside with enough Nutella and chocolate to add to each savory bite. A joy and reminder of eating croissants 🥐 in France because Mamies is the real French deal. You should not miss this place if you are in town.

I recently discovered this bakery and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pastries. My family tried a sampling of their croissants and we loved them all. We've been back multiple times already for breakfast. Looking forward to trying their savory croissants

Do not walk but RUN to this amazing bakery. The croissants, both sweet and savory, are amazing. Light, airy, and buttery with every bite. The owner/baker is a talent and passionate about her craft. So glad to have Mamie Colette in the area. Stop by and you will keep going back again and again!
