**This is an addendum to my review. I heard from the office manager from this facility who offered her apologies and shared my frustration. I am changing this review only for myself and not because I was asked to. The response from the OM was validating and showed how much they care about their service to the community members. I was offered a discount for services but instead asked them to pay it forward for someone who cannot afford treatments. Changed the review to 4/5.

I am rating this a 3 star rather than 1 because I have had several positive experiences in the past. No of which will make up for tonight's bad experience. I stopped in tonight about 11 or 12 mins before close and was greeted at the door. I have a B 12 deficiency and found some extra time after work, so I was happy to make it there before they close and the snowy weekend. I asked the simple, "do you happen to have time for a B12 shot" only to receive a heavy sigh and long eye roll and rude stare by the nurse. She asked the front desk staff "where are we on time" and was told 49 (4:49). This was then followed by more sighs and groans. Instead of dealing with this terrible customer service, I turned around and walked out which prompted them to yell out to me 'no, no it's okay" but it was too late. I will not be patient, waiting for them to squeeze me and give me attitude when a simple, 'we are actually booked, can you come back tomorrow morning when we open?' would have done just fine. I would have respected that and their time knowing how close to closing time it was. Human kindness...

Vitamin IV Therapy / Hydration Infusion bars are popping up more and more around the US. However not everyone is qualified in offering these types of services . Salus Hydrate is the exception- as the office is run by medical doctors who have competent nurses and health care professionals administering treatments. I was in town over the holidays and had a very positive experience. The facility was clean and comfortable while the staff was friendly and informative. My sister in law found this place & recommended it to my fiancé when I was feeling completely dehydrated. I was in the ER and waited 12 hours for an IV when I first heard about Salus Hydrate. After leaving the ER , a few days later I was still feeling weak and fatigued. Let me just say how amazing this place has made me feel.
