Finally... an expansion of the long-cherished Yardley Ice House has made its way to Newtown! Their gourmet water ices are like no other: the cherry bordeaux has chunks of real cherries and the key lime pie has real lime and even bits of pie crust in it. My Mom, wife, and I went to see Chicago Transit last night and decided to stop at the Newtown Ice House. My wife suggested that we do so and what a great decision it was! The man and woman that helped us were helpful, kind, and patient. I had a peanut butter cup gelati with twist soft serve and heath bar. It was fantastic! My wife had a coffee gelati and liked it too. Grateful for awesome customer service and yummy treats....
