Taco Bell — Restaurant in Niceville

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I ordered $25 worth of food got home and realized I was missing an item. I called the store and told Kelly the manager what I was missing she told me to come back and get it. It took me 10 minutes after ordering to get home, 10 minutes to get back to Taco Bell, five minutes of waiting in line behind the car in front of me, another 10 minutes to get home which means everything hard that I had was soggy by the time I got home to retrieve my one item that they missed. While trying to explain it to the cashier she slammed the window in my face and did not come back. When I got home there were items In which I did not want certain things on them such as sour cream and tomatoes that were on them, My food was indeed soggy, And the cheese quesadilla and I had driven all the way back for HAD NO CHEESE IN IT! I called Kelly back to explain my dismay and her answer was basically there’s nothing I can do for you. I asked for a receipt number saying that I did not receive a receipt and she told me it would take her a while to find it and hung up on me with no question for a callback number. I had to call back this morning to get my receipt number from her and her response was a laugh and saying I told you it would take me a while to get it.I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food for over 10 years and I’ve never encountered the amount of disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction as I have in one visit to this Taco Bell. Normally I don't share the bad visits, but this one was bad. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered the same meal I always get; the chalupa meal. Two beef chalupas, the taco with hard shell and a tea. The tea was the only thing that was accurate. But before I tell you what I got, let me explain what led to this posting. One car was in front of me. No one was behind me....the entire visit. The car in front of me was asked to move forward and stop in front of the building (This is on a steep slope btw). After I paid, I was asked to move forward also. Again, no one behind me. About 3 minutes later the front car got their order. The employee looked at me before walking back in. I then moved forward to the same position as the previous car. I had listened to a full length song and part of the next song...still no food. Since no one was behind me, I drove backwards to the window and about that time, the window opened and the employee handing me my meal. No apology for the super long wait. I didn't see any customers inside, so I can't fathom why it took so long! Ok, about the meal. I got a broken in multiple places hard shell taco, some kind of mini burrito... I think, and a chicken chalupa. Also, the chalupa shell was awful! It wasn't soft at all. The texture was stale I think. Reminded me of a thick communion cracker. It took serious effort to bite through it and chew. The first chalupa I didn't finish eating. I really hope this incident was a fluke and this doesn't...

Only niceville! Taco bell Every time I come here something is always missing I let it go a lot of the time but three times I went back up there to get the rest of WHAT I PAID FOR and was denied and when I asked the third time I’ve had to go up there for the rest of my order… Asked several times for the regional manager number he said that doesn’t even matter and I asked his name he said that doesn’t matter none of that matters this doesn’t matter. He was rude and my wife is in a neck brace I can’t deal with all of this.

Not being rude.He had cross eyes and kinda of long dark hair in pony tail.

We asked to speak to the district manager, and he said that didn’t even matter he was the district manager, and then we asked if we can speak to a manager above him like regional manager or any other manager above him and he said that doesn’t even matter…. that’s all he said My wife in a neck brace had to come in and try to reason with them and it was just one taco that we were missing… he kept saying he resolved the issue and giving me three cheese sauces that were missing out of my order also and not giving me the taco that I paid for is not solving the issue.

He said don’t come up in here cussing to my wife in a neck brace from just getting neck surgery when she said this is bullshit one time after he severely disrespected my wife

Not to mention not once did I see him wearing a hairnet or gloves. Would never ever go back here definitely the type of store to spit in...
