Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Nicholasville

When I went to this Bellacinos on Friday, March 6 this is how my experience was.......I Ordered a turkey grinder and it only had two deli slices of turkey on it. For a $5.00 sandwich you would think it would come with a little more meat. That isn't as disheartening as the front register clerk (who happens to be the OWNER!). She was RUDE! I do not eat there for this very reason, but went with work for an employee lunch. She asked me to hurry and rushed me along telling me that she had to get a catering order delivered. She at this point had waited on all 10 of my work crew and had at least another 5 people in line behind me. As I was putting my money and receipt into my purse the gentleman behind me politely asked her how she was she snapped at him and snapped that he needed to hurry she had to get on delivering her catering order and she still had all the people behind him to wait on first. This woman NEVER CRACKED A SMILE the entire time we were there. He (the customer) even went as far to apologize to her for entering HER establishment! I was so embarrassed for him and everyone in that business for her attitude! I will NEVER go back to that...

Been calling since 8:35 trying to order two subs. Just rings and rings without any answer. I'm still calling while writing this. I think I've called 15 times now. I understand they close at 9 but to stop taking to go phone orders 25 minutes early is unprofessional and rude. If you close at 835 your hours should reflect that. ** update a lady just answered at 8:50 and said they're closed. Ten minutes before 9 and after I've made 24 attempts to place an order. I told her I'd been calling since 835 and how unprofessional this experience is to which she offered no apology or explanation, instead she told me to call back in the morning. What a joke, I wanted dinner not a breakfast sub, but after this experience I don't want any of...

Update: I just got home and my order was wrong! Then when I called the place they said they could find my order and gave me issues about fixing the order.

We enjoy the food from here. The pizza is pretty good and so are the sandwiches. But the service is lacking. Multiple times they’ve not had our order even started when we came to pick up. Today, they didn’t seem to be aware of my online order at all. Then I saw a worker eats ingredients while making a pizza, no gloves on. Why have gloves if you aren’t going to wear them when preparing food? And why would you eat off the food prep line, especially in view of...
