Big City Pizza Nicholasville — Restaurant in Nicholasville

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We just had, quite possibly, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We ordered for delivery AN HOUR AND A HALF before their closing time. Upon arriving, over an hour later, they forgot our pepsis. We told the delivery guy we are missing our pepsis and he says, "I'm off for the night and would be happy to go back and get it and bring it back to you because I live over here." Okay, great! He was VERY friendly and helpful. After leaving, we open our box to find the order COMPLETELY WRONG!! So, with it now being 9:45, we call the store in hopes that they will correct the order and send the correct item with the driver, who so kindly offered to bring our pepsis back. The cook on the phone REFUSED to turn the ovens back on which he states, were turned off THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE closing. That means he turned the ovens off at 9:30 which would be WAY before closing as their website states they close at 10:00. He was extremely RUDE saying he wouldn't do anything but credit us a few dollars, NOT EVEN THE WHOLE DOLLAR AMOUNT WE PAID FOR THE ORDER! We asked how long it took to warm the ovens and he said 15 minutes but I'm not turning them on and we should have ordered earlier. Even though we ordered an HOUR AND A HALF before closing! Do not waste your time eating at this restaurant, but if you insist, you may want to do so three hours before closing as they turn their ovens early.

Update: The friendly driver just brought our pepsi's and was soooo friendly. We now think the guy we spoke to on the phone is a MANAGER named Doug. Beware of Doug.

Ordered 3 pizzas and cheese sticks at 6:30 pm. After One hour , I called and they told me that it would be another 30 minutes. At 8:05 pm , I called back and the man who answered told me that his delivery driver decided to take four orders at once and shouldn’t have. I asked when my order would be delivered and again was told 30 minutes. My ordered arrived at 8:45 pm. When I answered the door the lady who was delivering had blood going down her leg and stated that they have her taking four orders out at a time. Hmmm. She then handed me an order and I immediately said “ this is not my order “ she said “ you are Chelsea, correct”? No, that’s not my name. She went back to her car and looked for my order. She replied “ I’m sorry” they have me delivering all these orders at the same time”. She asked me my name and said oh , okay here it is. Takes my Norse out puts it on her trunk and proceeds to open the boxes. She said they were all mixed up. When she gave me my order the boxes were dented in and the largest pizzas box was flattened. I ordered two marina sauces and did not get them. The pizza was cold and cheese had already started to harden. I will never order from this place again. Poor management, poor customer service. If you don’t have enough drivers … then get out and help the girl who is trying to get all the orders...

The food is great when it's made right. Loved their pizza, I prefer it to most other pizza places. But this one in Nicholasville, KY the past three times has gotten our order wrong. First time we order Lg pan crust, pepperoni on the whole pie, sausage on 1st half, pineapple on 2nd half. Along with some mango haberno bone in wings (that we had order for the first time the pervious order, they were so good, that this time we order two orders). Well when the food arrived there wasn't any pepperonis on the pie. Also the doubled order of bone in wings were boneless wings. We gave the store a call for them to tell us that they had ran out of bone in wings, so they just sent us boneless. Instead of calling us to see if that's what we wanted to do. So they gave us a 20 dollar credit. Cool! We used it a few weeks later got the norm Lg pan pepperoni 1st half sausage 2nd half pineapple. And the wings we made sure they had bone in. Got the food everything was right... but looked like they got some new wings, not bad.. not as good as the first ones they had. This time ordered Lg pan pepperoni on the whole pie 1st half bacon this time, 2nd half still pineapple.. and some cinna knots.. Tell me why I got the pizza with no pepperonis and some garlic knots.. How hard is it to...
