The service was good at first, I really liked the food, but then after a while the driver became more and more rude. One time was very rude about not having a tip and I felt guilted into giving her one when she didn't deserve it. This time, however, she brought her kids with her to deliver the food. When she handed us the food we opened the bag and the soup was every where, she had pushed the sauces down onto the lid of the soup and it pored out everywhere. When we called to complain we got so much pushback and and they were defending the driver for essentially ruining our food. They only offered 10% off the next meal too. The food is not good enough to put up with this kind of service. I advise not ordering from them if you want to actually eat the food you order 👎👎👎
Edit: The reply to this review is full of false information. First of all, the way the driver treated me was absolute garbage. She treated me like a child and when she pointed to the tip part, she glowered at me until I wrote something in it. Secondly, the lid of the soup did not break due to it being hot. It had the sauces SHOVED into it purposefully. We had to remove them from the soup ourselves. Third, the soup absolutely DID get everywhere. All over our food and floor. Just because I did not attach an image of it doesn't mean it didn't happen. 4th, we were NEVER offered a replacement. When we asked for one we were told straight up NO. The lady on the phone was practically yelling at us, accusing us of lying and saying the MOST she would do was a 10% discount. We did not decline ANYTHING she offered us, we simply asked for a replacement and we were told no. 5th, it was VERY bold of you to assume we have been a customer of yours long term. We had ordered 5 or 6 times in the span of a few months and each time we received worse and WORSE customer service. In the future it would be best not to lie in your review replies or act like an unprofessional buffoon. The reply you offered me and other customers who rated 1 star is laced with maliciousness and awfully condescending. I dont know if it was because they didnt have one or if they didnt post it but i asked about 3 different times in a 6 month time period and theyre just now getting around to putting it up. Yes I have had some parts of my order missing upon delivery, but a quick phone call and an explanation to the store about an item missing was always and I mean always responded with "I will have what you are missing sent to you right away. I have never received damaged food containers before, and the reviews that are negatively slating this establishment clearly do not understand how delivery services work! Yes sometimes they will not deliver everything on your order. Guess what they are human they are not perfect. Suck it up buttercups and just give a nice polite phone call explaining the situation and I am sure you will be met with the same exemplary responses I have been met with.
