I mean this with the upmost sincerity. I visited this place at 10:30 last night, walked in, placed an order and waited. Customers have a full view of the kitchen while waiting, I was there for 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes, I witnessed:
Not one employee wearing hairnets One cashier head banging near the food Kitchen staff head banging over the food, so much so that his hat literally fell into a customers open to-go bag??? Employee dropped Togo boxes on the floor face down, then picked them up and put them back where they were, without throwing them away. The area where the food is housed literally touched the floor. The worst part - the cook, who visibly looked dirty, the one cooking the chicken, blew his nose multiple times, coughed, into a snot rag, without changing gloves, continued to cook. Then used the snot rag to pick up the pan the he was cooking the chicken in. I’m not exaggerating in the slightest.
After seeing this I immediately requested a refund. Just moving to Nicholasville, I was excited to see a new location. I will not eat here, and would caution anyone to not eat here until they are restaffed. This is how food born illnesses happen. A manager was not on duty when I visited. The only “normalcy” was the female cashier who apologized and said she doesn’t blame me. I just wanted to eat some chicken, I get it’s a service job. But please take care of other people’s food as you would wish others would do for you.

Read moreI ordered through Door Dash app for Wing Stop and my order was wrong when it was delivered to me. I contacted Wing Stop and spoke to a John and he was rude. I explained to him that my order was wrong. I explained that I could bring my phone in to show what I ordered and was told that Door Dash must have a glitch in their system and there is nothing they can do and for me to contact Door Dash and hung up on me. I had ordered all flats and was delivered all drums. I wouldn't be so upset if John wasn't so rude. They need to retrain him on customer service and how to handle a complaint. Read moreI was so excited for them to open, only to be repeatedly disappointed by the food we get when we order. I've given them a very fair shake, ordering from them 5 times since they opened. Each time the food wasn't very good. Problems ranging from burned chicken wings, wrong sauces on the wings, no sauces on the wings, soggy fries and just generally tasting bad. The staff are lazy, dirty (to the point of smelling) and rude. The last time I ordered, I only received half of my food and when I went back to try to get the rest they refused to give me the rest of my food because "they knew the order was complete and all items were there when I left".
