Hospitality and Team Service was average. It was around 9 pm, so it was slow. The staff was young. It was very loud. They were yelling, laughing, singing, etc. Sounded like a high school cafeteria.
Service Service was slow despite having 5-6 staff members taking up 2-3 tables. Must have been on there break. They were loud, yelling at each other and just acting childish. There must have not been a manager on duty and if there was one then he or she was not doing there job. Also it to 15 minutes at least for our ice creams to be made. Plus I had to go up front to get them. If they were not ready, i was walking out. To be as slow as it was and to have as many people working, things should have been moving faster.
Quality The quality of food we were served was marginal at best. The lettuce on my burger was frozen. Overall the burger was not warm, may have been relates to the frozen lettuce. The fries were good. My concrete i received consisted mainly of custard with very little reeces in it. If i wanted that, i should have went to Dairy Queen.
Environment It was hard to find a table that was clean. Thr table we originally sat in had ketchup and food all over it. We did happen to find a clean table right next to the original one. While eating we noticed three other couples come in, and every one of them had a complaint about how nasty everything was. Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in...
Read moreNever, never again! I ordered and the food was downright disgusting! Tasted like it had been waiting for an hour on a counter and the bag was grease drenched!!! Got vouchers to come in and give them another chance. We went in to the lobby, ordered. Even spoke with manager. Still our order was incorrect, soggy and took over 25 minutes. We watched our food sit under the heater area while the employees kept the counters from floating away. An off the clock employee even went back and fixed his ice cream, cashed himself out while the cashier was on her phone and chatting his ear off. The manager was not delegating any task. Crew was to oblivious to act on their own. I was so upset with the redo visit, I mailed a handwritten letter to the home office. No one ever contacted me. We just stopped wasting our money and time at Culvers. We drive to Lexington for steak...
Read moreI DID eat at Culver's about twice a week especially since I work two doors down from the stoor. This last week I got a kids hamburger meal (I'm 75 years old and can't eat much). It was the WORST food I have ever been served from Culver's. The meat was drowned with salt. It's been somewhat heavy handed in the salting (quit doing that) in past but not that much. People don't need/want that. They can do it themselves if need be. The tomato was green (not ripe) and was as hard as a slice of apple. I get the "winter" tomatoes but the tomato was extremely hard. No exaggeration. The fries were over salted but you can wipe it off IF you are lucky to receive napkins in your bag. With reminds me that if I order something that requires utensils, other that the custard, you are lucky to get that too. On the positive side I love...
