China Town Restaurant — Restaurant in Niles Township

One of the worst chinese restaurant in the Park Ridge area. The atmosphere is bad with dim lighting, the front entrance of the restaurant smells like rotten food, and the carpet of the dinning area sticks to your shoes.

The worst part of this experience is the food. All the dishes from the menu does not match with the pictures that were used as references. I realized later with google reverse-imaging that they stole all their reference photos from other restaurants.

The dishes were made with different ingredients which made them completely different dishes than the ones we orderered. When confronted with this issues, the restaurant workers insisted that we were in the wrong. Custom services and communications were both disgenuous and condescending.

And all of their responses to criticisms were made via cookie-cutter Chat-GPT responses. 100% would not recommend to anyone who wants decent chinese food or a pleasant...

I ordered food to go on the phone today in English. I ordered 2 things and was charged $29 (which is a little odd coz the 2 things i ordered was about 10 each). I asked to see what they put into my order, and they added cha shui baos which I did not order. I told them I didn't order that but it's fine, I'll just take it. One of the girls in the front desk with brown hair in a pony tail who seems to be the one who took my order IMMEDIATELY started to talk shit about how I was not clear about my order to another staff in Mandarin. You are in luck coz I'm completely fluent in Mandarin. Girl, you are incredibly rude. The food is also pretty bad btw, no need to come here....

We just went with my daughter I convinced her to eat in there but the person whose serving us is RUDE, we just thinking what we have to order and we’re so hungry and the service person ask what we order we just order appetizers and she answered HURRY UP they still need to cook, this happened at 3/7/25 @8pm we will never order on this place if the service is being RUDe like this.
