Crispy Slice Pizza — Restaurant in Niles Township

Fantastic pizza. I got the gyro pizza and a calzone for $19 which is such a good deal for an amount of food that serves 2-4 people. The calzone was super cheesy and pre-sliced so it is great for sharing. The pizza was also cheesy and flavorful with a nice crust. It comes with a marinara sauce, a white sauce and a spicy red sauce. It would have been nice for them to put the sauces in the box or in a bag because he gave it to me on top of the pizza box and they were sliding around my front seat. My only criticism is that the white sauce was watery and not flavorful. I would love if they offered a creamy white sauce or garlic sauce instead. The spicy sauce was delicious. I ordered from here for the first time because I saw it was new in the area and I wanted to try it. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was not good at all. I had a veggie pizza and a gyros pizza. Both were bland and we were very disappointed. It’s a new place and I assume they will get better as they figure out the market but for now it’s a “never again”…… will retry in 6 months. I don’t leave bad reviews to be a jerk, I hope the owner reads it and makes the products better, I want business to succeed in Skokie, not fail. Nothing about this pizza...

I cannot speak for the pizza, only this nightmarish calzone. I grabbed a mushroom and sausage calzone, or thought I did. It was maybe filled 30% of the entire thing, generously speaking. It wasn't much of a calzone more so than some pizza dough folded in half then burnt to order. It was simultaneously greasy and dried out. The grand finale was throwing it up an hour and a half later, it made me so ill. Gonna permanently pass...
