McDonald's — Restaurant in Niles Township

Only put five stars so you could see it at the top :) this is the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to . Every single time I came here ( only because it’s on the way to work ) they had messed up my order. Never thought to write a review until today.. I came here with my son and ordered a medium fry Oreo McFlurry and a water . When they gave me the fries I smelled a burnt smell and I asked my son if they are good or not he said they are kind of stail and when I looked at the fries and tried them myself they were all burnt yet they were cold .. I came back to the drive thru and the guy told me to wait on the side and that he’s making new fries .. he then served fries to someone else immediately after because I heard him saying Big Mac meal . And so I’m waiting on the side of the store while everyone is mean mugging me and then some kid comes out looking angry ( another employee) and hands me the fries saying here u go. Very rude staff horrible customer service and truly garbage quality food and people . Sorry not sorry . I’ll be sure to go to another...

Worst. Mcdonald's. Ever.

Do yourself a favor and keep on driving to the next Mcdonald's. I guarantee that, no matter the distance to the next one, you'll get your food quicker from them than if you stop at this place.

Tonight, I waited (literally) 25 minutes for a mobile order. I would've left, but they wouldn't give me my money back.

After waiting what seemed like a year, I got the quarter filled fries pictured below.

When I showed them, they acted like I was the hamburgler trying to make off with their fries. (You got me! I shoved the fries real quick like in my purse to trick you! 🙄)

Um, excuse me? Admit your mistake and get me new ones. Geez.

This isn't the first time either. It's probably the last the last ten times they've disappointed. I keep giving them another chance (because I'm a slow learner and only live a couple of blocks away), but tonight, tonight was the last time. Never again.

I was sent here from the plaza next door because I had to use the bathroom. I have 1 Kidney and received NO HELP. I caught an employee going I side & was told their inside was closed that he would get his MGR. I was about in tears when I talked to him. And as I waited & waited for NOBODY to show up at that side door for me to talk to.. I was in full blown tears & my kidney was hurting. I had explained to this guy I was from out of state & did not know where things were... please help me! What has happened to kindness to one another? What as happened to caring about your fellow man? Your MGR didn't care one little bit... Karma will come back. There was no reason I should have stood at the doors to your establishment & CRIED in PAIN because she didn't care for anyone but herself!
