Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Noble Township

We passed by this town on our way back to Indiana. Someone at a gas station told us to come here after we asked about a Dunkin’ Donuts near by, this is our first time and last time trying Tim Hortons. We wanted to get a nice lunch with coffee instead we got hot coffee and food cold and not made how it really had to. We ordered Grilled Cheese Panini and ordered 6 orders of them. We had already been waiting more than 35 mins for our order, Which is okay if we would’ve gotten nice food. Instead out of the 6 orders we got 1 box looking nice to eat bread was nice and crunchy and the rest looking like they put cheese in between 2 breads and sticking it in the microwave, they didn’t even cut them half ways I pulled it apart in the middle in 2nd picture . Only the one box they did You can tell in the picture first was definitely left the time it had to be and the rest they just threw in and took out so quickly. $50 spent on lunch that over half was waste. Donuts nothing special about them at all. Iced mocha coffee was the only thing that I finished. To much wait just to get this. We would’ve returned it back but had to continue our drive home. Won’t pass...

My husband is in the Inpatient Hospice in Defiance Ohio. My daughter's went thru the drive thru this morning and were treated very poorly! There were only three cars in the parking lot and they appeared to be fully staffed. We had a good sized order and the young man that took the order said that Tim Hortons was a coffee shop, and if we wanted to have an order like that we should have called ahead or go to McDonald's! At least the young lady that gave them the food said have a good day! However when they got the food to us, part of it was missing and some of it was not prepared correctly! I will be bypassing Tim Hortons for now. And I just want to say to that staff is you don't know what is going on in the lives of the people you are serving! Remember to ALWAYS BE KIND! You may be in that situation...

Update... was best location until today 8/8/24 rudest staff I've ever eexperienced muttering profanity as I left restaurant at me all for cleaning up coffee creamer spill on their counter! The worker handed me my coffee I held in side of arm and got creamer on my clothes. She slide the bottom of my second coffee cup in the mess on the counter. I wiped off the counter and asked that she wipe of my cup before handing it to me. I heard her mutter and said excuse me who's right the paying customer or the worker. She said if your not happy with your order don't come back.
