BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Noble Township

I recently visited Biggby Coffee for the 2nd time ever and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. From the moment I drove through, the staff member named Max greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. They were quick to take my order and efficiently prepared my drinks, which was a fluffy cloud latte with an extra espresso shot, freaking delicious!!

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese maple sandwich, and they informed me that it might take a little longer, but assured me they would get it done as quickly as possible. This transparency was refreshing and showed their commitment to customer service. While I waited, they engaged me in friendly conversation, making the time fly by.

This biggby is awful , I've visited many locations but this one does something wrong.. I've tried it multiple times as well and every time their mocha caramels taste awful no matter whether it's cold or hot.. also the teddy bears aren't right either. I feel like the employees maybe don't measure precisely and that's why it doesn't take like how biggby should . If u never had other locations and this is the only biggby u ever had your missing out! I recommend the one in wauseon those people make it perfect every single time. Even the hot chocolate in this location tastes awful.. i hope the manager sees this and does something about how things are measured because it makes a huge difference in the taste .. super inconsistent tasting coffee.. and biggby coffee is so bomb.. but not here ! When they make a coffee correctly, it's wonderful. But coffee at Biggby's is never the same twice. I like my lattes to still taste like I'm drinking coffee. But often times they are so sweet from all the syrup they put in that they are difficult to drink. So, I decided to start getting an extra shot each time, in hopes that it would level out that over-sweetness. Unfortunately, that only works about half the time.
