Subway — Restaurant in Noble Township

Once the only subway that was decent in town. Ordered 3 very simple subs with one being, and I stated very clearly, no mayo or sauces of any kind. When I got home, 20 min away I discovered that 2 of the subs were wrong with the one that was clearly ordered with no mayo actually was smotherd in mayo. Called the restaurant and was told that I could bring the sub back and they would remake it. I have a problem with the fact that I have the additional time and expense involved in their error with no offer for compensation. Restaurant was not busy either, clearly no one cared. Maybe spent less time on trying to get tips and more time on your quality. ...

This is with out a doubt the worst Subway in NW Ohio...Subway #1630-0 at 825 Clinton Street, Defiance, Ohio. They stopped putting beef on their Subway Club so I guess it isn’t a sandwich any longer but you could get just turkey & ham ...they charged me for a Subway Club but with only 2 kinds of meat so you would honestly think they would add extra turkey and ham to replace the missing beef ....you would be wrong in fact the put like 3 pieces of meat on the whole sub with bread that tastes old and is hard as a rock. I wouldn’t feed this to my Dog!!! Worst...

First, I think it's a bit unprofessional to ask for tips at the window. They have signs posted, fine, but don't beg for tips. It is unbecoming. Second, I waited in line for 20 minutes before I got to order. When I got to the window I was informed they wouldn't accept my $50 bill. I informed the employee that it was all I had and and she literally just stared at me and said nothing til I drove away. They have a sign posted informing they do not accept $100 bills.
