My partner and I often like to make quick stops to eat while out running errands. I absolutely love impossible whoppers and was disappointed to find that the doors to this location were locked during service hours with no explanation, upon ordering our food the order taker was incredibly friendly and repeated our order back to us. Our food was ready quickly upon arrival to the second window (the only window with staff). We were even more disappointed to learn that our order did not match our receipt and that the impossible whopper, plain, add tomato and cheese was actually a fully dressed impossible whopper sandwich with cheese and the spiderverse whopper and the receipt were missing the added cheese despite it having been repeated back during the ordering process. We then had to drive back to the location and get back into a substantial drive through line as the doors were still locked with no explanation. Upon reaching the drive through speaker we told them that the order had been fulfilled wrong and reiterated our original order and we’re told to pull to the second window. At the second window we were immediately quoted the price of another persons order when we had to let them know again that we were here regarding an incorrect order where we were then cut off by the employee saying “so you do want cheese on it. He’s wrapping it up now, I was waiting to see if you wanted cheese on it” and then closing the window to walk away. The window was opened a few minutes later with the employee handing us the bag repeating back “only cheese and tomato and a quick sorry and the window was immediately closed again. Read moreMy recent trip to Burger King left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I had placed an order for two whopper meals and a side of chicken fries, looking forward to a delicious meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
To start, there was a glaring mistake in my order. Instead of receiving two whopper meals, I was given one whopper and an entirely different item – a double cheeseburger. This mix-up seemed to stem from the drive-thru worker's lack of attention during the transaction. I couldn't help but notice her engrossed in texting on her phone while taking my order, which likely led to the incorrect items being prepared.
Beyond the order mishap, the quality of the food also disappointed me. Upon unwrapping one of the whoppers, I was taken aback by the presence of an excessive amount of salt granules on the bottom of the bun. This oversight reflected a lack of care in the preparation process and further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
All in all, my experience at Burger King fell short of expectations. The incorrect order, combined with the distracted service and subpar food quality, made for an underwhelming visit. I hope that Burger King's management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to enhance the accuracy of orders and the overall dining experience.

I pulled into drive-thru and the young man was very nice, it had much respect and showed great patience, nowadays you can't find that from many people in customer service, its considered to be very rare so I really needed to point this young man out for his customer service, but here it comes.... the food he handed me was not fresh at all, I order cheese tots that barely had any heat to them and it was my first time trying them and from what I could gather it seem that if they were fresh them may actually be good, and my impossible burger taste as if they just grab a well sat patty and made a sandwich out of it, there was no traces of heat or freshness to it, I couldn't even eat it and I just love that sandwich when its made fresh so that was a waste of my well earned money.
