A Hidden Gem for a Delicious Meal Located in a bustling residential and commercial complex with plenty of parking, Norich is a must-visit Japanese inspired restaurant that offers much more than i imagined. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with an upbeat, modern vibe thanks to the stylish decor and seating. They also have a ton of outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying a nice day. We arrived right at noon and watched the place quickly fill upâa clear sign of its popularity. We were a group with varying tastes, so we ordered a mix of dishes: mac 'n' cheese for the kids, shakshuka, beef stew, a green garden salad, and chicken Ă la crème with a side of fries. While everything was fantastic, the beef stew was an absolute standout. It's listed as a seasonal item, but it's so good that it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. This stew was, without a doubt, the best I've had in yearsâit reminded me of the delicious, home-cooked stews from my hometown. A quick note: be patient with the staff. It might take a little extra time to get your food, but that's because everything is cooked fresh to order. Even the side of fries arrived perfectly crunchy and hot. If you're looking for a spot with great food and a lively atmosphere, I highly recommend giving Norich a try. You won't be...
Read moreItâs interesting how I ended up at Cafe Noricha. I was meeting a friend for coffee on a Saturday. She had sent me the name of the restaurant where we were to meet. I get there early and decide to walk around the Noblesville farmerâs market to pass time. As it gets closer to meeting time, I walk over to the building and enter Cafe Noricha. I ask for a table for two. I am walked to a table and sit. I get my phone to text my friend that I got us a table. After I send the message, I see my friendâs earlier message and realize am in the wrong restaurant. I tell the server that I am at the wrong restaurant then walk out of the restaurant to the correct restaurant and get us a table there. Then my friend walks in and I tell her of the mix up. She decides we should go there so we walk to Cafe Noricha. Our server Mariah was very attentive and knew the menu well to give recommendations. We both ordered the asada skillet. I skipped the cheese and also got a virgin mojito. The conversation with my friend was positively uplifting, the ambience of the restaurant was complimentary and the food enjoyable. Stop by for a visit the next time you are in the area and check out the Noblesville farmerâs market when...
