Rakki Sushi Hibachi Kitchen — Restaurant in Noblesville

Had high hopes heading into this. Ordered ahead and they said 15-20 mins. Got there about 10 minutes later and paid. It was at LEAST 30 more minutes of sitting there before the guy threw my food in a bag amd gave it to me. Crab Rangoon was sitting out for a while, so it was room temperature. Had to reheat in the air fryer. Not sure how long the rest of the order was sitting out. Food was OK, but not worth the price. Staff were running around in a very haphazard manner; very disorganized. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Would recommend sushiyama up the road instead, or Kobayashi out on Greenfield. Very disappointed.

BTW, I would have asked for a refund or at least a new order of crab Rangoon, but the staff disappeared and after waiting so long I...

This was my 1st visit. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box to go. When I entered the restaurant the smell of fish gone bad was overwhelming. I should have turned around and walked back out, but I didn’t. This was my first time here, so I wanted to give them a chance. Opened the box when I got home and immediately threw away the Cali roll. Smelled terrible. Tasted the fried rice and chicken. Both tasted very “off”. Threw all of it away. My stomach is already rumbling. Not sure what the heck is going on there tonight because I tried the place based on all the positive reviews. There was nothing positive...

This Friday, I met friends here that had been sitting for over 5 minutes. We chatted for 5 minutes and then they were served water. I still had not been greeted and my friends said it took them that long to get the water. We gave it more time and still no one came over to the table. So we left.

There were staff just hanging out in plain view. Very odd and disappointing for a new restaurant.

Also, they don’t have the stations for a hibachi experience if you are looking for that. I’ll stick with Kobayashi, Nori, and Izakaya for local Japanese...
