So after having issues with the Westfield store, I was contacted by Alyece at Domino's on 10/6/20 and I was told we were getting a $25 credit to use at the Westfield store. So I called the store tonight and told them exactly what the email stated and they said they didn't know what I was talking about, I told them to look in their pulse system per the emails instructions under my phone number and even my name, we were told there was no credit and there was nothing they could do. I'm pretty sure he didn't do anything as he didn't even give a name of who he was when he answered the phone and honestly sounded like he didn't care or even wanted to be there. Clearly there is an issue with this store that needs to be addressed. So the Westfield store will remain a 1 star, if I could do 0 that's where it would be.
The Noblesville Domino's on the other hand is getting a 5 star, if I could do 10 they would get it. My wife called the Noblesville Store to see if they could look up the credit in their system and Caitlin explained they couldnt because of it how the pluse system worked BUT, Caitlin went above and beyond and honored the $25 credit for us as long as we did carry out. Read moreNever had a big problem with the food. It's hot and tasty when we get it. BUT the past 2 times we have tried to order food online (to get the domino points) it is horrible. It seems to be an ongoing thing as well after ready others reviews. 1st time was week ago or so. My husband was wanting a Brooklyn style pizza. Ordered online and it took money from our account, even said at the end "making your order" Got a call about 10 - 15 min later saying they didn't have a driver. So he had to get dressed and go get the pizza. I don't think the delivery was taken off either. I know it's only 5$ but still not the point. Then today 6/12/22 I told my husband to call and see if they have a driver. He called no one answered then we got sent to a third party saying "yeah that store is open let me connect you to them" before we could say anything we got sent back to the store. Again waiting for about 10 min so we hung up. Ordered online, took the points, and our payment, said making your order. Then 10 min later our order was canceled. We called the number again this time it says.. we see you placed an online order with us, our store is currently closed try back again when we are open. Thank you. So we got screwed Ugh no domino's...

A hype answered the phone and swore I ordered in Westfield when I clearly didn’t trying to send me there. 2. Darryn gets on the phone and lies saying he didn’t know blah blah blah. But the most important nor is it #3 for me Hair purposely placed in the food. Not just by anybody, by darryn himself. His black hair was in the food. Absolutely disgusting. He boldly stated I don’t know why you think it was Ronald he has zero contact with your food. I stated okay so what color is your hair? He stated black. Now Ronald has gray hair at the roots and black on the ends, the hair in the food was completely black. He needs to be ashamed of himself.
