Over the past 2 months I have attempted to get pizza from this location to no avail. It seems no matter what time I go in be it a weekday weekend, afternoon or evening they never and I mean never have pre made pizzas ready to pick up. Also drive through or online order pick up times are abysmal. I'm talking and hour minimum for 1 pizza. Yet competing pizza chains (dominos, Pizza Hut, ect) have carry out orders ready in 20 minutes even on a busy Friday or Saturday night.
I think the main problem with this location is 2 things. First is their employees are to concerned with socializing and complaining they don't get payed enough to actually make pizza. There should be someone in back at all times doing nothing but making pizzas. Yet if you go inside most of the employees are just standing around talking letting one person do all the work.
Secondly and the biggest one in my opinion is they focus way too heavily on door dash orders. I have tested this personally. One evening a friend and I ordered a pizza at the exact same time. 1 through the app for pickup and the other through door dash. My buddy had his pizza made and delivered an entire half hour earlier then mine was for pick up which is absolutely ridiculous and proves my theory.
This store needs some major improvement and new staff that can focus not only on their job but managers that can deploy employees more efficiently. Aka 1 guy making pizzas for customers (online and hot and ready) and another for DoorDash orders. That way service will not be sacrificed for those of us willing to actually leave our home instead...
Read moreWowwww. That was just bad. On a Tuesday. No less.To start off with, someone needs to let management know that we are in a pandemic and masks are mandetory, especially for restaurants. I only saw 2 employees, but there wasn't even the pretending by having one side dangling, or pulled under their chin: just nowhere to be seen. I walken in around 2:00. One girl was standing off to the side and looked at me, then rolled her eyes in the same way my ex wife used to whenever I spoke, or took a breath...thus the ex. Then she walked back to the back and i never saw her again. About 2 minutes later another young lady walked around the corner with something she was delivering to curbside. Im assuming it took 2 minutes because she was getting eye roll lessons from the first girl. Her technique was good,, but didnt carry the same level of scorn ax the first one,, just a slight indifference.. she took the food out and returned and managed to look at the wall and floor the entire trip back in, ensuring no eye contact. She disappeared in the back never to be seen again. After a few more minutes I realized how unwanted I was and went home to order from marcos (came really fast and was phenomenal). Just goes to show you get what u pay for, and moving forward I will pay a little more just to not have to see a therapist for self esteem issues after a visit to...
Read moreWe have ordered LC several times in the last 2 months. We went a long time without going to any Little Caesars at all. We tried them again and have discovered that things are better a LC than in the past. The price is really good at Little Caesars and the value you get seems to be pretty good. They have a really good cheese stuffed crust "extramostbestest" pepperoni pizza--this is a new favorite of mine. (Dumb name but tastes very good.) And, one thing you can get a LC that I don't know of any other place around here, is rectangular Detroit Style Pizza. LC was founded in Detroit and I'm glad they're serving it up Detroit style! Delish! Here's why I cannot give 5 stars: sometimes the toppings are not enough or the toppings are sort of dumped in the middle instead of spread out. And, a couple of times the pizzas weren't cooked "well" enough. They were done, but we put it a few minutes in the oven at home. Nothing raw, just not quite baked long enough for our taste a few times. Lastly, if you order Crazy sauce, their dipping sauce, they do not even fill the small container even half way and you have to pay for the containers of crazy sauce- I probably wouldn't notice it if it was at least 3/4 full, but they are not and each cup costs $1.74 - ya ought to...
