Fast and friendly service. Waiters were very polite. The food was very good. Pizza 5 (*) tomatoes soup, chicken parmesan. Decent prices. Nana, the waitress, was very polite friendly, professional,. Great service. On 5-10-24, my wife and I returned to this was good place. We waited patiently after we order food. I noticed that at two other tables the food was served being that those people arrived after we did. I called the waitress and she said, let me check on your order. After 5 minutes, our order was served. The problem was that the soup included with the order was not yet served. Again I let the waitress know. After we received the soup, I noticed it was cold, we finally paid $40.00 and left. We went back on mother's day, 5-13-25. Six of us in our party. The waiter served our beverages finally took our order. That place was not too crowded. Later more people arrived. Again the soup was served after the main meal. Three dishes, a pizza and two order of wings. Four beers and three non alcoholic beverages, $95.00 during that time I had to track down 5 different waiters to request plates so we could share our food, pizza and wings. I went to the kitchen entrance to get the plates myself. Also more beverages requested to three other waiters as the original one never returned to ask if everything was ok. After we were exiting the restaurant, a couple waiting outside said they had waited 1 1/2 hours to be seated. By then there were several empty tables. Terrible service. We returned to Titos because my wife loves the hand made lasagna. We went there about 2:00 pm not at rush hour. Plenty of space available. My previous reviews helped because Ruben and Cristina provided excellent service. The lasagna, hamburger and wings were great. Pricing was $49.00 now I do recommend this place. We returned to this place withe another couple On a Tuesday about 1:00 pm. This time service and food were good. The place was...
Read moreBeen here before and it was decent. Nothing special given the prices, but it's nogales. Decided to try again given the lack of nice restaurants in town to celebrate our anniversary. Knowing it was Mother's day I booked a reservation a day in advance. Arrived on time and was seated promptly. Waiter took our drink and appetizer orders. Our lemonades arrived promptly. We waited and enjoyed the nice band that was playing great music expecting our appetizer to arrive within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes without being able to grab the attention of our waiter I stood up and walked over where he walked away, but another waiter noticed and asked what we needed. I asked for a drink menu and to place our entre order. He was very courteous taking our order and said he'd be right back with a drink menu. We patiently waited while we enjoyed our lemonade, but now it was an hour since we had arrived. No appetizer, no drink menu in that time. We decided to give them another 10 minutes and nothing. I understand it was mothers day, but when you're that busy and unable to give proper service you don't accept more people. We saw easy 8 groups being seated in that time while waiting for our appetizer. They too had their drinks served promptly, but no food placed in the hour and 10 minutes we waited. We left some money to cover the lemonades and walked out. In conclusion this place needs better management. You don't sacrifice service for profit. You seat those you are comfortably able to serve. Hopefully this review is taken well and...
Read moreOne star rating is probably a privilege for this restaurant. First off they took about 25 minutes to get us a table and an extra 20 minutes to get anyone to take our order for drinks. Once we order our food I asked for a rib eye steak. Turns out they were out, so then I asked for their next and only other option of steak which they were out of as well. So I ended up not ordering any food. I decided to down on an overpriced bottle of wine to at least get a little buzz but this bottle didn’t even do that. Apart from not having steak or any type of meat according to the server, who didn’t tell us that when he first sat us down. Which I think would have been nice to know beforehand. The boneless chicken wings(chicken tenders) with smeared sauce on top, were probably the funniest part of this dinner. Apart from the servers who looked like headless chickens running around. It wasn’t even busy. To the owner, props on actually opening multiple locations in Nogales, but honestly get better staff and stock your restaurants. I’m sure you want to stay in business, but c’mon get it together. The pizza was soggy, thin and burnt. Also the whole pizza falls apart as soon as you grab a piece, even the sauce slid of the crust, not fully cooked and also very salty. I may sound like I complain a lot, but when it comes down my money I am very picky. I will not come back and will advise anyone I know...
