Nevet going back. Handicap mistreated.

I showed up with my mom who is handicap in a walker I was pushing her on the seat of her walker she recently hurt her back it was obvious we were getting in it took a few min. After we got in we ordered food. They we out of something but no problem. We were ok with that. We didn't know the food is served in plastic bowls. We were just getting a small bite. I asked for it to be in to go containers i said sorry i didn't realize i was so nice and the female boss came over to say we couldn't have any to go containers because we're ordered wrong . I explained my mom has an injury to her back and she hasn't been out in a long time that i was just doing so much that I forgot and sorry I was kind about it . But to take some if it home please. She's said no.i couldn't believe it. Was so mean To use a small box next to cups looked too small box looked like hamburger box i asked again. I explained it's was too small that the dishes are big she told me no again. Said you forgot to order to go your not allowed to have the to go containers the tins, they had I seen the round tin. I didn't tell her I have pancreatitus. I dont eat much. It was mainly for my mom. I tried the tiny box . They didn't offer help. Was sliding everwhere on table I cleaned it up i dont have a kitchen at home it has to ve fixed.. I can tell the guy who worked there felt bad he wanted to help she told him no not to help us he was cleanning the floor watchibg us he was feeling bad. Not to give us the to to go tins. I was putting our salads our lasagna and spaghetti in small boxes near cups. It went everwhere on the table..I asked for bread they forgot I had to throw food iout we didn't even get a bag my mom tried asking. . The female boss who works during the day is mean. I'm a nice person. I asked nicely. I hope they replace her. Were heart broken the amount of money spent. My mom has only been out of her house in 2 months only a few times. Females treat females i think like this. Hope she finds her soul in life one day her mother will be aging. Hope she remembers the boss is an Awful person. I noticed it was very slow. This place used to be good. Food seemed so so so so salty on tge couple of bites even the salad . Thank God there are nicer people in other restaurants we won't go back here. No one smiles. Only the young guy who looked uncomfortable wanting to help us .I feel sorry for him. He should be the boss. Not her.

Please if your the owner change her. Disabled people shouldn't be treated poorly is hard effigy for them they have the same rights to be treated with kidness like everyone else Hurtful...

Let me start off by saying the food is fantastic. I’ve been there a handful of times already and Although I haven’t ventured through the menu much yet, the meatballs have a ton of flavor and the traditional sauce is surprisingly very good for a drive-thru place. I was pleasantly surprised by this being Italian myself and a fan of “from scratch “ Italian cooking. Today however, my experience was not so great...

I decided to pop over during my 30 minute lunch break for some food for my co-worker and I approximately 1:30 in the afternoon. There was only one other car in the drive-thru at the time and already at the window so I figured it was safe... I was wrong. After placing my order...2 sides of meatballs, 2 orders of breadsticks a soda and a slice of cheesecake (my weakness) I proceeded around the drive-thru and parked behind the car already waiting. I continued to wait another 12 minutes 😳. Once I got to the window there was no communication at all. No apology for the wait time either. I was asked for payment then handed my order. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. Zero communication. Then I got back to work to realize, they had shoved both sides of meatballs into the same container and both sides of breadsticks into the same bag. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning since we also got no fork and no napkins so we had to share out of the same container AND didn’t have a fork to eat with. Sigh...so I thought, hey let me check in my cheesecake bag and I’ll just wash the fork after, nope none in that one either. I ended up just giving my co-worker all of the meatballs and taking my cheesecake home with me. I have never had service issues before here and hope it doesn’t happen again but like I said worth mentioning. That’s why I gave it 4 stars...

This particular restaurant chain used to be really really good. We had one in Arizona years ago and we used to eat there all the time. They had a signature Italian dressing that was just awesome and the food was very flavorful and super super yummy.

We were passing through town and we got off the freeway to get gas, we saw the Fazoli sign and we were super excited. We went and we ordered what we used to order and unfortunately it was not very good. They don’t have the Signature dressing any longer they brought us out some kind of alternative dressing, maybe because of the supply chain or the demand but it wasn’t as good as the other stuff. My pizza was very plain, my wife’s pasta dish had very little flavor and my son even did not eat the two slices of pizza we got him and he’s an 18 year old growing boy.

The staff was extremely polite and they were very nice, there was an employee and he was brand new, it might’ve been his first day or maybe his second day on the job and it was fun dealing with him. He was one of those guys that knew he did not know what he was doing yet but wasn’t afraid to tell you and I can respect that. I’m super disappointed that this place did not live up to our expectations. I’m not going to write them a bad review because maybe it was just us, maybe our expectations were really high because of our fond memories of the other location.
