Asinine!!! Yes thats right!

The lady that takes orders is hopefully not the owner but needs to stop working there. She yells out the item once your item is ready. She have popular items like pav bhaji on the menu. Nobody knows whose item and which order it belongs to. This is like yelling out Fries are ready at a McDonald's.

I got my item but it was supposed to have a removed ingredient due to religious dietary restrictions. Then mid meal she yelled out same item again turning out to be my correct item. I had told her on my last visit and this visit that she needs to say the order number along with the item name. But she just simply didn't want to take the feedback and is defending herself.

Then she had the audacity to ask me to pay for the second item. I ordered one! Got the wrong item and no apology... Instead she served me a bill for additional item. This place will never receive any of my business.

I suggest anyone else to eat at an establishment that cares about their customers and service instead of insulting them to pay for their own business mistakes.

I am refraining from using the exacting language that would accurately depict the ridiculously terrible service I received. Never again will you find me here! I hope others...

I ate at Amul last week after I had gone shopping with my parents. My mom ordered a mango lassi and I ordered a coke, and they were sitting in the fridge, the front cashier could have given those items to us after we paid, but she waited 30 mins after our food arrived, to give us a mango lassi and a coke. The food came out and the quality was terrible. It was very cold and the bhakhri pizza was difficult to eat. I ate half of the pizza and my dad ate 1/4 of the pizza. Later on in the night when I was home, I experienced food poisoning. Fever, body aches, and diarrhea. I experienced diarrhea for about 4 days. We had a small event at our home in Peachtree Corners. We were looking for catering Gujarati food. After going through few vendors, we decided to go with Amul Restaurant. That was the best decision we made to make our event successful. The food was awesome and mix of Gujarati and North Indian dishes were delicious. All our guests enjoyed Amul’s mouthwatering food.
