The owner is very rude. We came in with friends over the weekend and tried on clothes. 2 people bought outfits but one tried on 2 outfits and did not purchase. My mother and I came back today and as we looked at items he refused to show us more, he began telling my mother she was wasting his time and yelling at her. He said she wasted his time the other day because the other lady did not purchase the dress she tried on. Both times we went there were no other customers in the store and his 4 other family members or employees were sitting around doing nothing. Not sure why he thought we were wasting his time when he had no other customers. I was ready to buy 12 bridesmaid saris and a Sangeet outfit from him but I’m disgusted by the way he spoke to my mother. I noticed someone else had a similar review and experience with him recently as well. It Doesn’t sound like this guy knows how to run a business.    Read moreWe visited Radhika twice to shop for our wedding, looking for bridesmaids outfits and clothing for guests — and both times were incredibly disappointing. The customer service here is the worst I’ve experienced, hands down.
It genuinely felt like they judged us based on appearance my Fiance being an American women and Some of our other guests are American, and the staff wouldn’t even acknowledge them. Shockingly, even my mother — who is a Gujarati Indian woman — was treated with disrespect and dismissiveness. It’s hard to understand, but it truly felt like they pick and choose who they think is worth helping.
On top of that, the staff seemed completely inexperienced and uninterested in helping us find anything. For such a special occasion, we were met with rudeness, attitude, and zero professionalism. Out of all the stores in Global Mall, this one was by far the worst.
Please save your time and energy — shop literally anywhere else. This is a genuine and honest review from someone who gave them two chances....

During my visit, the owner was noticeably ill-mannered. He was talking to his staff in his native language with high pitch. Based on the context clues. I understand he was talking about me and staff of giggling. It was insulting. Because I told to the owner I didn’t like the dress he showed me. That dress was outdated so I didn’t like it. He forced me to buy it. I refused. He started insulting me though I was trying to shop other items . I was a customer for that store for 10 years. He wasn’t like this before expanding the business. The owne’s behavior significantly impacted my overall experience at the store. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable; and undermined my willingness to continue shopping there.
