Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Norfolk

i have been coming here for a little while now and the only thing that changed was the fact there is this one girl that works the register and is Super Nice in the am (starts with an "S" just can't pronounce it and wear glasses). I get the same this every morning and they kinda know it now. but the problem the last three months is the fact that their chicken minis are ALWAY over cooked AND so is the chicken. i always get extra butter just to soften them! its so irritating now. its like chewing on left out bread (hard). one of the employees that has been working for a while there, may a shift leader idk. always has the worst attitude like people are her problem, then why you working there!? she got mad once when i ask for a special biscuit. turned her nose in the air acting like she didn't hear me even though she was looking right at me ad then walked away and did something else. Seriously! just make the chicken minis better but not over cooking them...

For chicken 🐔 lovers this is one of the best place. I have been to many food places and many places of chick FIL A, one major difference is in most of the places of chick FIL A the customer service is very good. They all serve with smile. I think it is a good practice and I feel very comfortable. I mentioned this point because in a few other food courts, I don't want to mention the names, but they talk back in a very harsh tone. Which is very uncomfortable. Especially, for many international students and people this is one of the best place. The chick FIL A sauce is ultimate. I feel the chick FIL A sauce is much better than jam to have a bread. The fries are so tasty, their bread is so good and chicken is so tender. Definitely not the same as a regular Chick-fil-A. Which is sad because going to a Chick-fil-A off of campus is amazing ! Good services everyone is happy, etc... Unfortunately here is a different story.

The employees seemed pissed, lazy, and like I am making more work for them to do their job. Definitely seemed rushed and honestly it never tastes as good as going a normal one.

On top of that gift cards are not accepted.. AND the Chick-fil-A app doesn't even work there... I don't understand it at all. It is a shame and a embarrassment. The only reason they are busy is because of the brand and the fact that most students don't have many other...
