100% INCOMPETENCE. I'd give below 1 star if I could. The manager, Brandon, refused to even cooperate with fixing a messed up order. I placed an online order for a half and half pizza, and received all toppings on one side of the pizza ALONG WITH pieces of chicken, which it was explained to them that my child is severely allergic and cannot even have a single slice of his birthday pizza. The manager's solution was for me, a disabled woman, to WALK my incorrectly made pizza over a mile and a half back there so he can see the chicken that is contaminating the improperly made pizza. I told him I can send a photo and he literally assumed I meant to his personal phone (come on guy, really? Critical thinking is an important skill). When clarified Brandon, the manager, also claims they have no reporting system for incorrect orders, and claims he doesn't know any of his supervisors' names and has no way to contact anybody above him and no way to find out their names either, despite him saying that he isn't the only manager and that there are others above him. He claims they are not given any employee/management/supervisor numbers, and have no instructions for even emergencies that occur at the restaurant.
When I called the first time, I got a very rude young woman, who told me it "isn't her job" to give me the manager's name or to make the order correctly. When nicely asked again, she pretended not to know any of the names of her management team, and when I pointed out that she must know who her manager is, she again said "that's not my job to tell you" and hung up on me. On top of all of this, the pizza was hot when it arrived, but a reheated type of hot. The cheese was rock hard and old, even at the temperature it was.
Seriously, order pizza from anywhere else. Their food isn't good enough to be spending money for improperly prepared items, food poisoning, rude/incompetent management and workers, and food...

It was 9:45pm when I made my order I called 45 minutes later for a status update an i was hung up on. I called 10 times from my phone no answer. Then used my friends phone from a different number and they picked up.. which leads me to believe they were evading my number. When they picked up the phone and I asked about my order they finally said⊠âoh yeah we had to cancel that order because we stopped doing deliveryâ then hung up. I never received a cancellation email or text. It was very disrespectful. I doesnât matter how new they are⊠even if they only do Carry out and NOT delivery.. they should have informed me that I needed to pick it up rather than just canceling my order without letting me know.. they handled this poorly.
I used to be a HUGE fan of Dominoâs; However the unprofessional culture of this location has let me down tremendously..there are many of us who have worked food service and customer service for YEARS and this was disappointing⊠I sincerely hope to receive my refund for the order #804 and the 25% tip that I included since my order was canceled..

   Read moreI ordered a two topping hand tossed pizza the other day. I paid $20.80. When I got to the shop to pick up the pizza, there was a white board beside the register that said "Manager's Special: 2 two topping hand tossed pizzas for $10.99 each." When I pointed out the obvious to the cashier, I was told that since I didn't order two pizzas at the same time, I was not entitled to the special.
Dominos could have made me a second pizza and charged me $10.99 for each pizza. Dominos could have charged me $10.99 for the one pizza that I ordered. But to charge me $20.80 for the one pizza is a good way to lose a customer forever.
Although convenient, I will no longer order pizza from Dominos. Honestly, the pizza wasn't very good. The quality of pizza from Dominos changes by location. This particular location on Little Creek Rd in Norfolk was the worst that I've tasted. Reason enough...
