This is regarding an order from the Hardees app that came from this store.
The order was placed at 6:45 this morning, by 8 AM, I started calling the store as there was no progress on my order, at all. The phone just kept ringing, and ringing and I tried multiple times. None the less, almost two hours later, I get an alert saying that the food is on the way. When the food came, it was super cold and clearly had been left for pickup since I placed the order earlier that morning. I was so upset. EVERYTHING was cold and the biscuits were hard. Whoever handed the driver could have given a dayum about the temperature of the food.
Hard to believe that someone wouldn't do a QA check or figure to remake the food after it had been sitting there for ALMOST TWO HOURS! The bag itself was even cold. How are y'all just not going to pay attention? Does the food just sit out and wait for a driver to get it or is it made once the driver gets there? How do y'all know how soon a driver would accept an order or how far away they are before y'all just start making food and putting out there to be picked up. Logic.
Why have a phone if you're not using it. You're a BUSINESS. No excuse. Staff more people if you have issues. Avoid this. No point of calling back up there to complain since they act like they can't pick up their phone so I'll just use this terrible review instead.
Y'all should be ASHAMED of yourselves and from reading the other reviews, your MANAGER should be embarrassed and get y'all together. Y'all got me for $30 ish dollars.

Overlooking the link that wouldn't work from the owner/manager from my previous review I have made three (3) more attempts to try and salvage some type of positive outcome from this location to absolutely no avail, pretty sure the service is getting worse. March 09 & 10, 2024 the drive-through is closed with no signage indicating this fact until you sit there and the intercom engages and without any type of greeting just says, "can you come inside" to which I replied no hence why I attempted to use the drive through. Three customers were walking out and all stated they were leaving after not being able to order inside due to the slowest service in the Hampton Roads area, seeing the 6 people in line and the looks of utter disgust on their faces told me that absolutely nothing has changed at this location. Bodie-Nolle Enterprises should be ashamed of this locations service, it is definitely not up to the corporate standards that it should be.

Anyhow i had a 2 piece & a burger yesterday, was thinking i would try lunch again with coupons however same thing. Plain horrible! Chicken was soo hard & coleslaw was old & made tummy hurt as i tasted before smelling... so, this morning I had gotten breakfast & told the lady at the window about experience yesterday & she stated "u have to have the food not just the receipt cause people be bringing them back to get money." I was offended as i ddnt even ask for anything. My main concern was the rancid slaw & difficult chicken! I said "i eat here alot & probably have old receipts in my purse thats how much i come here for breakfast & why would i have some old hard chicken & bad slaw from yesterday in my car?.."
