This location is horrible! We stopped going for over a year because the service was horrible. My family started going again about a month ago and it was OK even if their timing was completely off. Tonight however makes me want to never go back. An order was places at 8:04 and was told online it would be ready in 14 minutes. I arrive after 8:24 (over 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). Upon arrival the worker wearing a tag of "Shift Lead" asks for my name and then starts searching in the warmer for my food (2 pizzas, cheesy garlic sticks, and 8piece boneless wings). He then tells me it will be a minute. A few minutes go by and I see him drop Wings in the fryer. After a few minutes he is back at the counter while another worker is at the other computer and I ask him what we are waiting on.... The wings. I made a comment along the lines of "you mean the wings you just dropped after I showed up, when you just sauced wings for another customer who walked in here after me?" The other worker speaks up and says we'll I can give you a refund if you want to complain and you can go. I said no I need my food and he shuts up. The original shift lead states that woman who he sauced wings for was here before me she just stepped out. -OK understandable, but why are you just dropping wings over 10 minutes after order is supposed to be ready. I finally receive my wings and both workers are still up front. I told the shift lead it was pretty sad that he needed another employee to step up and offer me a refund when he is the lead... then guess what! The other worker states he is actually the general manager! I took the food to the car and had a feeling I needed to check the food. Of course it was wrong. 1 pizza was fine but the other where half was cheese only and the other half had toppings including pesto drizzle; of course just my luck, they don't know how to read a ticket and had pesto over the whole pizza. When I went back in they told me they could remake it in 12 minutes. Which they did. However what really irks me is the "general manager", who was wearing no form of identification as general manager by the way, never once came back up to me, which is something I would expect of a general manager who already made his presence known. Then I saw him in the back wearing pink fuzzy slippers while working in the kitchen! I know I only worked in food service from 2005-2014 and it's been a while since I've been out of the industry but I"m almost positive that doesn't meet health codes. Read moreWaited over an hour for my order by the time I got to me it was cold and soggy. But the worst part was that it wasn’t even my order. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks and I got the melt thing whatever it is. When you call you have to go through automated service, then to speak to somebody and then they put you through to the restaurant. The first person I spoke to at the actual place was nice. She went and got her manager. He picks up doesn’t say hi this is manager blah blah or anything just goes hey how may I help you so I said well I’m waiting for the manager he said well I am the manager. I proceed to explain to him what’s going on he keeps telling me I can’t hear you. I can’t hear you even though everybody else heard me fine. Explain to him for the 15th time. What happened and he goes OK what do you want me to do about it. I said I don’t know what you mean by that? He said we can make your order but it would be an hour to two hours before you got it because we’re extremely busy. I didn’t know what to say. He was very rude. Had an attitude so I told him I wanted a refund. He then proceeds to do the refund but doesn’t tell me what he’s doing. He just stays quiet and goes OK you’ll get your money back within 24 hours. Read moreIf I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza NYE for curbside carry out. At 4:48 pm, I got to the store at about 5 mins until 5 and on the app it stated my order was ready and that a team member would come bring it to me. I sat outside for 25 minutes after my order was ready calling over and over and over and over again for them to bring my order out. I am handicapped and am unable to walk and carry my items at the same time so I needed assistance. Nobody answered so I had to ask a stranger to walk inside and get my order for me. I wrote into customer service about my experience and received a callback from the manager “Tony” and was basically told I wasn’t there at that time and that he wanted to “make it right.” But his tone was very nasty and sounded as if he was irritated which made me not even want to continue the conversation. I declined his offer to make it right. With everything going on in this world, being kind to a customer even after an issue occurred, costs nothing.
